Follow up call from settlement
Follow up call from settlement explained that I had completed variation etc and submitted back to Suncorp last week. Acknowledge that this can take up to a couple of weeks to be processed.

I contacted Lendi when I started my first home buying journey, the first broker that helped me was professional, full of knowledge and assisted with my understanding of home loans which seemed like such a foreign language, he made himself available to me on the weekend allowing contact to his mobile, this person unfortunately left the business and I was seeking out other brokers to assist me outside of Lendi. I was then contacted by a Lendi "senior relationship manager", I was reluctant to go with this person as he made unprofessional comments ...about the first broker that i dealt with, but as the first broker and I had worked toward getting my first loan up and running I hoped it would be an easy process second time around. This "senior relationship manager" did the bare minimum, he withheld information such as applying for my loan with a lender I was not aware, not advising of what steps would be involved leading up to settlement that would require me to be out of work, taking leave without advising me of where my application was up to and not being contactable, was non-responsive to my emails and phone calls, was non-communicative to my conveyancer. and would have been the reason for not settling, he made comments throughout my professional relationship about other customers he was dealing "not settling" which were cause for concern. I have no incurred additional conveyancer. fees as a result. Having an online broker allows for flexibility if you are a person with experience in this space. I was left a day before my settlement not knowing what the outcome would be and a request for an extra 6 days. I was left to contact the general Lendi phone number to speak to a number of other people, I eventually got the help of another "senior" who i expressed my dissatisfaction to and who was ale to escalate the matter. I heard nothing from the initial broker and received my information to sign in an email with no support and am not clear as to what has been set up for me, I advise to be mindful of these online brokers especially if you first home buyer and value face to face interaction and communication. My settlement did proceed on the designated day with the help another broker who was able to help me. I do not normally write reviews but I feel strongly enough as a first home buyer to share my experiences and It is disappointing that this "Senior relationship manager" showed no integrity or care for his work and will be remunerated for a lack of professionalism.

Why doesn't lendi answer their phones anymore ,I have used them previously and found the service great but now can't speak to anyone?
