What a joke this company is
Had a dispute about 6 weeks ago and manager called and we sorted it out ..told everything will be fixed in 21 days..so I proceeded no further as took their word again.. !! What a mistake that was 27 days and still waiting ..should have kept to my guns and principal instead of being understanding..no car taken here..very..very poor
Wish I had use them Sooner.
Excellent and approachable customer service. Made it all very easy. Susan was excellent and friendly. I am glad I chose Lendi and only my regret is that I wish I had use them sooner.
Loan Approved in Record Time
Adam from Lendi was really helpful and got our Investment Loan over the line in record time. Unfortunately once our Loan was approved we had a very stressful time dealing with Kristen. We were emailed the same information more than once and Kristen was difficult to deal with. This was a real shame as we were so impressed with Lendi up until this point.
Waste of time
I found the staff to be very inexperienced, young and lacking in confidence in communicating over the phone.
I had to take three phone calls from this company in a matter of hours only to be taken around in circles, I had to answer the same questions three times and reached a point where I gave up, feeling the conversation wasn't going anywhere.
Good service and quick response
The experience with Lendi was great overall. They are very helpful. However, the turnover time can be a little lengthy as you are submitting application the bank via a broker. Apart from that, I would recommend them to anyone seeking for a loan.
POOR AFTER SALES
After a great sales service I received my loan documents for review. I questioned the terms and conditions and have been told it is the brokers responsibility I.e. Lendi to resolve not the Bank. However after contacting Lendi multiple times I have had zero help. They even said they are not the broker? So who is the broker then? Are they just sales people? It is a serious undertaking to take on a mortgage and I am not happy with lendi after sales service

Lendi loan process
The process of going through Lendi did take a while, but it was worth it in the end. Seemed to be quite thorough process in getting all the information together for the bank and hence having the best chance of securing the loan. Rishi Nandi was my broker and was a likable and professional character to deal with.
Absolute nightmare. Go straight to the bank and forget lendi.
Started the process of refinancing my home loan and investment loan April 2 2021. July 16 still not finalised. At least 20 calls and lost count of the Amount of emails. Dealt with 3 different brokers so far. Miss a call from lendi and ring back within 5 minutes and not get a response until the next day.
Make an appointment to sign documents at bank and Lendi have only sent half of what is required. Now have Lendi and Westpac telling me it is each other's fault that the documents aren't there.

The service we received from our home loan consultant Kathryn was amazing. She was always keeping in touch with us and informed us of any delays. She found us a really good loan, we could not be happier.

The Sales Process was great
The first encounter and support from Mike Lam were great. He provided me with the information that I needed to decide to purchase another property. When it came to the home loan decision time, he reduced my overall interest rate for my investment property and got me a good rate on my additional home loan.
The support after the sale could have been better. The communication about the next steps and timing was a bit uncoordinated and could have been better.
Overall I am a happy customer that got the desired outcome
Buying and settling - Take 2
Dean Hulsmann, our broker is wonderful to deal with. Unfortunately the process is so lengthy, but that is more of a bank issue than the broker themselves. I am very upfront and say exactly what I want, so Dean & I have built a decent relationship over the last 2 years to the point where he knows me well enough that we can communicate really easily.
I can only give 4 stars though, mostly because in my eyes, the settlement team doesn't live up to the same expectations. I know they are incredibly busy at the moment, but the customer should always...
Took over 3 months to settle. Most frustrating process I have ever been through. Never again. Next time I will go straight to the Lender and not use this Company.

After being told my first contract interest rate expired before they could get the contract. 2nd one received and made appointment with the bank for id and loan check only to be told that it was the incorrect contract again. Are these guys really MORTGAGE BROKERS???
My last review saw me getting one call to resolve the issue which I was unable to take as I was working. No follow-up call made to me. Is this how you provide customer service....I think not. Not impressed with any practices of Lendi and their professional way of wasting peoples time ongoing. My rating to date has fallen from 1 star to - 5 for their effort - NOT.
Long drawn series of mistakes that I was left to fix
Terrible, long drawn out experience. Settlement of my loan was stopped due to issues with a property tile, which I was not told about until I followed it up, wondering why I had heard nothing about settlement for weeks. Broker then resubmitted the loan application using a different property title, but requested a standard product instead of an offset product. Despite me raising this at the time, he told me that it would be easy for me to fix with the bank once the loan had settled. I have since wasted hours of my time fixing his mistake, waitin...g on hold with the bank and being passed around from person to person - and I still don't have an off-set product set up, leaving me with a few hundred thousand dollars sitting around, earning no interest, while I pay the full interest on my loan.

I have submitted an application with lendi and looking at Macquarie for refinancing.
I am a bit worried as a lot of Macquarie reviews say customer service is not very good. Was wondering if anyone else has had any problems with them.
Who do I contact to help sort out my application as my lendi rep is stuffing us around and keeps emailing and asking for stuff we have already provided, he said everything was fine and we will hear back regarding approval but emailed again today asking for details he had asked few weeks ago.

I am writing on behalf of my husband. I feel so bad for him as he keeps calling our Agent but no response. We are waiting for Unconditional Approval from last week Thursday. Two days ago my husband was on a call with Agent regarding some query but after that no communication at all.
