Unreliable and waste of time
I used Lendi twice, once as a first home buyer and then for refinance. In both instances I got wrong products recommended and the process was so slow that I had to get loan arranged from somewhere else.
During refinance I was suggested HSBC. I patiently waited for 4 months but got an abysmal 3.37% fixed rate offer blaming the bank. I would recommend Lendi to those who want to waste their time.

Very disappointed with Lendi settlement team
The broker i delt with to start the process Eric was fantastic but it went down hill from there , i was sent 2 incorrect bank contracts the settlement member Roneel was very hard to get onto he only returned my call after an email outlining my intentions to contact the ombudsman I was given 6 different settlement dates with a lack of explanation why ? that is totally unacceptable and poor business practise we have excellent credit history which was a straight forward application but clearly for a business that is in this line of work on a daily basis cant even get the simple refinance contract settled in a timely manner this is a real concern .I definitely will not be recommending Lendi to family or friends .

Had a dispute about 6 weeks ago and manager called and we sorted it out ..told everything will be fixed in 21 days..so I proceeded no further as took their word again.. !! What a mistake that was 27 days and still waiting ..should have kept to my guns and principal instead of being understanding..no car taken here..very..very poor

Started the process of refinancing my home loan and investment loan April 2 2021. July 16 still not finalised. At least 20 calls and lost count of the Amount of emails. Dealt with 3 different brokers so far. Miss a call from lendi and ring back within 5 minutes and not get a response until the next day.
Make an appointment to sign documents at bank and Lendi have only sent half of what is required. Now have Lendi and Westpac telling me it is each other's fault that the documents aren't there.

Took over 3 months to settle
Mortgage broker was great but Lendi themselves were hopeless. Took over 3 months to settle…kept telling me they were hoping for it to happen the following week..again & again & again. Rate was good. But 3.5 months was not what I consider to be easier & quicker

Incorrect calculations lost us thousands
Lendi agent made an error in his calculations, advised us of the amount we could offer on a property, whist keeping our $60k savings. The $60k was needed to cover the cost of some major repairs on our house before we leased it out to tenants. This was made very clear from the beginning. Numbers were off and we lost it all. Complained to the company and manager, who then tried to "help" us by offering to assist us to borrow more money to get back our $60k. Will never go through lendi again
Applied for a loan in November 2020, loan still has not gone through May 2021. I have lost a lot of money in interest in this period of time! Lendi keeps blaming the banks for the wait, however are very slow themselves to find resolutions to questions I have asked.

Worst home loan brokerage experience ever
It took us 6 months for a simple home loan to be processed by Lendi. We had 2 loans, both with big banks, that we were getting refinanced into one loan, to another big bank, and due to Lendi's mismanagement of our refinancing, we had to submit our loan statements 6 times because of the time that had elapsed between submitting our paperwork to the receiving bank. I had spoke with all the banks trying to see where the hold up was and they all said it was because Lendi was not sending the paperwork through. Even the banks tried contacting Lendi...
Read more to assist with the transfer and got nothing. Just the accrued interest that we gained over this time, cost us money. The only reason this got resolved is because our submission got red flagged and sent to Lendi's BDM, where the completing of the transfer happened in one day. The staff were very nice and seemed genuinely supportive but the complete lack of management and following due process was inexcusable. Lack of customer service
I was told about 20 days to here if loan excepted 2 months many phones calls and emails later still no reply if I could give a zero I would

Process started off brilliantly with constant, clear communication....then Lendi dropped the ball and the process ended up taking 2 months! I didn't get the rate I was offered. Lendi has been disappointing from day one. I submitted for loan approval after I have signed up the contract. The real estate has given us 3 weeks to get the approval. The next day I submitted all the required documents and from there on they only submitted loan to P&N Bank after a week. Then the wait started, until the last day of finance approval they did not contacted me regarding the finance process. Therefore I have to extend the finace approval date for another week, waited again no response, in the process false promises and keep asking ...

Very disappointing that after taking this long they came to the conclusion that this application is not succesful. In the process I have spent $550 on building and termite inspection. I reckon the Lendi broker was not qualified enough to access the aplication before handing over to the bank. In the end I asked him for decline letter from the bank to submit it to real estate agend to get my refund but that also I am not sure,if ia m going to get. Its been 3 days now but no response. Failed on every front.
My dealings with Lendi have left a lot to be desired to the point I am reluctant to bother with brokers in future... I applied to refinance my investment property, to find myself constantly chasing and following up the broker, who always seemed to be on a flight, in hospital or other wise occupied.. this went on for 2 months and in the end I simply stopped following up; I have not heard back from that broker since. I then called head office to seek assistance from someone else, only to never get a phone call back... Lendi is one of the worst organisations I have had to deal with, they seem to have no concept of customer service or common courtesy.
