It took more than 1 year to do a refinance loan
It took more than a year to refinance a loan missing a better rate as it went up. Also promised calls and then never call. I got the loan in the end but with 1.7% more than when I started the application.

Or Lendi consultant was always helpful and respectful of my time. I think the rate we received was ok considering they are on the rise. Our home loan specialist who came on board late in the process confused matters and requested documents that we had already provided. Not sure why she is necessary?
Unreliable and waste of time
I used Lendi twice, once as a first home buyer and then for refinance. In both instances I got wrong products recommended and the process was so slow that I had to get loan arranged from somewhere else.
During refinance I was suggested HSBC. I patiently waited for 4 months but got an abysmal 3.37% fixed rate offer blaming the bank. I would recommend Lendi to those who want to waste their time.

I was very satisfied and happy with the experience I had with Lendi agent Samuel De Swardt. He was very helpful and very quick to respond to any queries or concerns I had with the refinancing of my loan. The interest rate and bank he has secured for me has been better than I had hoped for.
Very disappointed with Lendi settlement team
The broker i delt with to start the process Eric was fantastic but it went down hill from there , i was sent 2 incorrect bank contracts the settlement member Roneel was very hard to get onto he only returned my call after an email outlining my intentions to contact the ombudsman I was given 6 different settlement dates with a lack of explanation why ? that is totally unacceptable and poor business practise we have excellent credit history which was a straight forward application but clearly for a business that is in this line of work on a daily basis cant even get the simple refinance contract settled in a timely manner this is a real concern .I definitely will not be recommending Lendi to family or friends .
Great at the beginning
Fantastic to get the ball rolling and get you signed up. Unfortunately when they hand you over to their closing off staff they are terrible. Won’t reply to emails asking about the current status, won’t return calls. Frustrating as hell. I highly recommend going through a private mortgage broker.
Best platform so far
You simply upload one document at the time step by step until you have all boxes ticked.
Then they contact you for best loan options and they submit all documents to your new loan provider.
Professional and experienced
I started off enquiring Lendi with some doubts, however Thomas was extremely experienced and professional. Despite the repetitive and long process with the bank itself, Thomas was patience, kind, helpful and an expert. Thomas is definitely worth the 5 stars.
However the 1 star is taken off was due to Lendi was unable to keep their promise in delivering their flybuys bonus enquiry offer. Despite I have contacted Lendi multiple times where I've been promised that I'll get a call-back, however as of to-date still no contact from Lendi and was sti...ll unable to advise me on the Lendi flybuys bonus points. Not a huge bonus, but was disappointed, despite the multiple feedback. I am all for businesses where they keep their promises, and if you can't keep them, then don't sell them to your customers.
What a joke this company is
Had a dispute about 6 weeks ago and manager called and we sorted it out ..told everything will be fixed in 21 days..so I proceeded no further as took their word again.. !! What a mistake that was 27 days and still waiting ..should have kept to my guns and principal instead of being understanding..no car taken here..very..very poor
Helpful and friendly
Overall the team were helpful and found us the best solution…. I did find communication dropped off a bit once loan was approved pending settlement, but we are very happy overall.
Absolute nightmare. Go straight to the bank and forget lendi.
Started the process of refinancing my home loan and investment loan April 2 2021. July 16 still not finalised. At least 20 calls and lost count of the Amount of emails. Dealt with 3 different brokers so far. Miss a call from lendi and ring back within 5 minutes and not get a response until the next day.
Make an appointment to sign documents at bank and Lendi have only sent half of what is required. Now have Lendi and Westpac telling me it is each other's fault that the documents aren't there.

Took over 3 months to settle
Mortgage broker was great but Lendi themselves were hopeless. Took over 3 months to settle…kept telling me they were hoping for it to happen the following week..again & again & again. Rate was good. But 3.5 months was not what I consider to be easier & quicker
Incorrect calculations lost us thousands
Lendi agent made an error in his calculations, advised us of the amount we could offer on a property, whist keeping our $60k savings. The $60k was needed to cover the cost of some major repairs on our house before we leased it out to tenants. This was made very clear from the beginning. Numbers were off and we lost it all. Complained to the company and manager, who then tried to "help" us by offering to assist us to borrow more money to get back our $60k. No compensation for financial and personal stress offered, just help to get further into d...ebt and higher monthly repayments. Very upsetting and stressful. One of the worst experiences of our life. Now have to ask family to borrow so we can take care of the repairs. Beginning the complaints process with AFCA.

Very happy with the services, staff shows being eager and enthusiasm and guided me through the process.
Some required documents were asked a couple of times though and timeliness needs to be improved if can. however, it turns all worth the effort in the end.
