The entire experience was fantastic. Eugene’s communication was always consistent and he always ensured we understood everything along the way. No question to silly and he always ensured he was available for us.

Leon & Apple were absolutely brilliant to deal with. Friendly, well spoken, informative and made the process extremely easy. After purchasing our first home- which was a NIGHTMARE to say the least, we were frightened to do anything like this ever again. But these 2 people made it easy and we will use Lendi in the future. My only concern was the 4 or 5 fees after settlement. 2 or 3 we knew about but 2 of them seemed excessive which will be followed up. But overall would recommend Lendi every day of the week. Ask for Leon- his follow up process, and his approach is perfect.

Great customer service from our broken Rishi Nanda, it took 2 weeks from the first call to our loam being approved unconditional. Considering we tried with Aussie who didn't contact us and then just said we were not serviceable. We got a lower interest rate than the bank we were currently with. Overall 5 star were not enough, we will talk up lending and Rishi Nanda to anyone who will listen.

We are new homeowners and had never refinanced a mortgage or navigated debt consolidation and our broker Guarav Sarna took care of everything. He was laid back, friendly and always available over email, Lendi platform or text. He explained everything in a simple way so we weren’t overwhelmed and really got to know our story and needs. Can’t recommend Guarav enough and we will be linking in with him again in the future if our finance needs change!
