Perfect for at home work.
I use this notebook for finishing off work activities at home. It is extremely fast to start and open programs and even runs a few little games like Age of Empire: Definitive edition without any issues.
I probably wouldn't use it for high end gaming though.
I use it at home as just a monitor with a second monitor plugged in for dual screen usage. and it does that well.
Purchased in July 2019 at Office Works for A$778.00.
Did I get a LEMON
I use this computer for small business activities, (mainly MYOB and emails). I couldn't believe that the performance on my old 2 year Toshiba was better (before it crashed) than the new Lenovo that I purchased. Straight away, the battery of this laptop was used within 2 hours from 100% you can actually watch the battery go down, even without anything i.e. internet running. This computer was purchased from Harvey Norman and we asked the technician when purchasing, that we wanted a computer that would be quick and have a good battery. Haha......no.... quicker and the battery life is a joke. Also as a 45yr typist the keyboard buttons on the right hand have a few more buttons and I'm constantly pressing up, down and end arrows instead of the shift button .... often finding myself typing somewhere completely different to where I was. I took the computer back to Harvey Norman (a 170klm round trip) asking if they could do something with the battery. They said "they would have to send it to Lenovo & it could take a couple of weeks and they wouldn't promise that I wouldn't loose any data if they had to do a factory reset". I said that "that wasn't good enough and it was my work computer and was used every day" They apologized and got into my settings to see what they could adjust, which wasn't much as I had already done this.... & said "it should work better now" but it didn't, as we still kept watching the battery life go down. They then said "they couldn't do anymore about it-their hands were tied with the warranty and that I could wait until Lenovo's warranty expired, then they could act on the Product Care" -which I had purchased with the computer purchase. I left feeling ripped off. Am I the only one to have issues with LENOVO's battery life and so called speed - as requested when purchased. Can't Lenovo give Harvey Norman permission to put another battery in or something.
