Absolute piece of garbage to begin with
I bought this to upgrade a 5 year old entry level HP laptop due to consrant frustration. It would take me between 10-40 seconds to open a pdf file.. This pc remedied this but still not as fast as I had hoped. The mouse icon stops randomly, all the time and is just so frustrating I want to throw it out the window. I told the salesman in store the mouse was dicky but he said it's because the display models are on a "loop". I believed him unfortunately. Mine was boxed so a different pc but same fault, it just seems like a terribly cheap pad

just been back out to the shops to buy a mouse, which works great on it, so basically the built-in mousepad is junk. I don't know how anyone could possibly be able to use it without at least shouting profanitiesPurchased at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for $798.00.

Very Quick, Great Interface, Easy to Use
Purchased 02-Aug-2018 from JB Hi Fi - Docklands - Salesperson: Taylor.. Install/Set Up easy to follow (I'm reasonably novice to tech - I still have to check how to switch the TV from Foxtel to Netflicks lol). I have noticed how fast this laptop is compared to my old one. It was explained to me that this laptop has 'SSD' (solid state drive) instead of a hard disk drive (which is older tech and slower). The SSD is what makes this laptop faster, as well as having a more updated processor than my old laptop (which was a Dell Inspiron 15). It also...Read more
is supposed to be really great with graphics- it seems like I'm just watching TV when I use Youtube on it. Also, the speakers are great - nice and loud, much better than my old ones. The keyboard is easy to use and has nice large arrow keys which I find handy. I also have noticed that the touchpad doesn't get in the way when I'm typing. On my old laptop I would be typing and the ball of my thumb seemed to brush on the touchpad and move my cursor - very annoying. I don't get that problem with this keyboard layout, even though the touchpad is larger. It is quite light to carry and the battery seems to be long lasting. I charged it yesterday (it charged very quickly), and I have had it off the charger all day today, using it intermittently and it is still more than half full. I'll give an update in a month or so and see if it is still performing as well later on. So far so good though, very happy with this purchase.Similar opinion? Write a review on ProductReview.com.au!
