Lenoxx Standing Heated Towel Rail TR100

Extremely poor design, no temperature control, the vertical tubes get as hot as the heated bars and just radiate the heat into the room. If you just plug it in and leave it on, it will cost you AUD250 per year in electricity!!! I ended up using a timer with short times on - longer time off during the day only, cutting the cost to AUD35-40. We need it to dry our towels in the humid conditions we have here in summer.

Instructions not clear and poor service – It seemed so simple -turn it upside down put the feet on each side and screw them on. No matter how hard I pressed down on each side the foot part would not go on. I rang the 1300 number provided by Lennox -was placed on hold -message said your call us important- next minute I recorded voice says sorry we can't take your call now - ring back later or email us. Most unimpressed with Lennox. I then got a hammer and used it to make the bottom pieces go on- the screw holes didn't line up so I didn't put them in. The instructions we're not clear and the service was abominable.
