LG CordZero A9NEOMASTER

7 months old and the on/off button glitches
Bought 09/05/2020, today is 21/12/2020, the on/off button is making a glitch sound and malfunctioning when trying to turn on/off. Was happy with it but really disappointed about it’s short life span, have always followed instructions to keep clean, have guests staying over Christmas and no working vacuum! The store better offer me replacement when I call them tomorrow!

Can't imagine not having duo battery charger.
This vacuum has the power of a corded vacuum in a hand-held. Not super loud for the power it delivers. Would rate 5 stars if it could be left standing without a stand. Though still one of my best investment in home appliances.
Purchased in September 2019 at Harvey Norman for A$999.00.

Versatile Stick Vacuum Cleaner
Having moved to a new apartment recently, I felt it was time to replace my Miele S8 corded vacuum, my Samsung VR7000 robot vacuum & Hoover stick vacuum 5210, with a single vacuum cleaner. I decided on the LG A9 Neo, as it is lighter than a Dyson V11 & it comes with 2 removeable batteries (both can be charged at the same time on the supplied stand). According to tests on the internet, the A9 Neo is not quite as powerful as the Dyson V11 on FULL POWER, but this is a little misleading as either machine will only run at full power for about 7 or 8 ...Read more
minutes per battery charge. So you are more likely to run the vacuum at 'normal' power anyway. If you have to clean a particularly dirty area, in most cases a few extra passes at normal power will clean almost as well as when using less passes at full power. My apartment is 3 bedrooms, plus study & I can easily vacuum the whole apartment on one battery charge with 2 bars out of 3 remaining on the battery meter. My version is the 'A9 Neo Master', which comes with some extra tools, compared to the lower models. The most useful of these is the flexible hose which is great for cleaning the car or in any confined spaces. Another great tool is the 'Punch Head' which has a bar that 'punches in & out' rather than a rotating roller. This is really effective on mattresses & sofas & avoids getting hair & threads caught around the roller. Standard with all model grades is the 'Hard Floor Roller' which has a cloth roller instead of a brush roller. This avoids leaving scratches on timber floors & picks up dirt better than the brush roller on hard floors. On carpet the brush roller is best. All tools click on very easily & positively & appear to be very well made. The charging dock can be used freestanding or wall mounted which means that you don't have to drill holes in walls, if you don't wish to (important for renters). Unfortunately, it will only accommodate 2 accessory tools, so you will need to store the other tools somewhere else. The dust canister is easily emptied but I feel that it could be a little larger. It's fine for a home unit, but would probably need to be emptied at least twice per clean if you have a larger house. The filters are easy to wash clean & dry fairly quickly. Overall, I am happy with the A9 Neo & don't miss any of my old vacuum cleaners. I would definitely recommend the A9 Neo.Purchased in May 2020 at Harvey Norman for A$805.00.
