Bought December 2019 - broken twice - customer service shocking
The vacuum sucks well
We bought due to the mop head cleaner thinking would be a revolution.

Like many other comments in this review no water was being ejected onto the mop pads - sent pics to LG cust service who said after 2 weeks of review they would send out new mop head, after waiting two weeks called up to see status of delivery to be told they do not send out parts and I had been misinformed - I got asked to wait for a bag they would send to put it in and send to a service centre (which would have been another 4weeks min w...
Purchased in December 2019 at Harvey Norman.

Better than I expected
Excellent vacuum. Better than I expected. Great on tiles and carpet. It picks up fine dust and hair so easily. Has so many attachments and the spare battery is great. (Although I havent had to use it yet!) There are 3 speeds however I only use it on the second speed as this seems to be effective enough. I now only use this vacuum and have given my corded vacuum away! Highly recommended.
Purchased in October 2019 at Harvey Norman for $750.00.
