I got 65 Inch LG OLED with inbuilt sound bar last Dec, top end of the delicate screen got damaged from simple handling, LG assessed it as physical damage (not covered by warranty) and didn't even care to support us with options of possible repair as it is still under warranty! What should I do??

My friend had similar damage with his Samsung QLED and it was replaced without hassles!
Its really disappointing as this is my 3rd LG TV in 7 yrs, my Fridge is LG, I have to join the Samsung Family! Its foolhardy to go purchase another Fragile LG TV!
