Can't fault the set or support
Not sure why LG rates so low but our new LG 65" OLED TV is superb! No complaints!
Granted, the SETTINGS are pretty fiddly but the factory defaults are as good as you'll want!
I had a minor query on the time display and the online chat was five star!

Picture quality is amazing my husband and I are rewatching an old tv show and the picture quality difference is amazing. When they claim true black they really mean true black.
The remote/mouse is great with the pointer it makes it really easy to flip between activities on the tv

Our new LG OLED TV hasn't worked for a month
Our LG OLED TV just stopped working. Our experience with LG has been nothing short of a nightmare. We thought a simple phone call would see a repairman come in a few days and fix it. Its been nearly a month and we've spoken to LG and their repair contractor several times to no avail. The TV is still not working. They tell us that they don't have the parts to fix it, despite never being to our home. We have called JB Hi-fi and LG numerous times to no avail. They told us that LG have run out of parts and have no idea when parts will be available.
After paying many thousands of dollars for this TV our experience has been terrible. We now have no option but to take legal action to get our money back.
