Thought I’d move away from iPhone to Lg. What a mistake. The phone is super fragile. A small drop of the phone seemed to dislodge the battery and it stopped charging. Bought an iPhone again, will avoid all LG products in the future

Purchased for $800.

Great phone

published

I bought this as an upgrade from a different phone that was on its way out. So glad i bought it. Its fast, doesnt seem to slow down when multi tasking and the battery lasts all day. Photos look really good on this phone after they have been taken and editing them is easy. All in all really good phone.

Purchased in for $599.

Not as advertised

In general, it's an OK phone.
Battery life is poor only lasts a few hours running navigation.
LG customer service is crap
I bought the phone because the LG website indicated I could use 2 SIM cards and SD card - 3 slots, no mention that it is, in fact, a hybrid SIM phone. I have contacted LG for a refund who refused as "I should have read the owners manual prior to buying the phone".........
Should have stayed with Sony - Brilliant phones and great customer service.

Purchased in for $599.

Great value for quality.

I have to say this is my 3rd LG Mobile, and I find it so easy to use for personal and my work. The camera is great with night shots and zoom, so many options.
OLED screen gives that extra quality looking picture, when you zoom the detail is awesome. Blue toothing is easy, pairing is quick.
The sound with music is quality ands it doesn't carry the big price tag? go figure.

Purchased at JBHIFI for $980.
