Machine of my dreams <3
I had a Samsung 7kg front loader that didn't miss a beat for 10 years. It was still working just fine when I decided to upgrade and settled on the LG 14kg top loader which was on sale for $1195 plus $49 delivery at Harvey Norman. I had Appliances Online price-match it because they set up the machine and run a test on it as part of their delivery as well as taking away all the boxes. I absolutely LOVE this machine. It's so much quieter than my front loader and I can fit TWO single bed quilted coverlets in one load. I couldn't wash these at ...all in my old machine...had to take a trip to the laundromat or my Mum's place. Now, I can wash all the bedding at home and instead of doing three loads of clothes on a Saturday morning, I do just one load and there's still room to spare. The best part is, it's not wasting any water since the machine load senses and only fills as full as necessary to meet the load size. I cannot fault this machine. It has heaps of pre-set wash programs to suit pretty much every load a family can throw at it. My only complaint is that now I need a bigger washing line because I can get so much done in one go!!
The 14kg it offers saves time, water and electricity. There are a range of wash cycles and I love the bleach dispenser. I can easily wash all of the towels in the house and two sheet sets. Great product for an active family of 5!

Pretty good machine overall
Washes everything well, but I suggest not putting things into it that are of unequal weight, or more to the point, dont put 1 heavy item in there with the rest very light things, as the spin mode will fail as it becomes unbalanced.
Typically not a problem if you just throw a whole heap of stuff in there (ie full load etc...) Early days yet, but so far done a few washes, and the only problem was when we did a smallish load with one really heavy item (when wet) while the rest of the stuff was really light stuff as it wasn 't balancing right on ...
Just the best
Does a great job. Would not be with out it great to wash all clothes but best of all those big blankets that require a big top loader no more problems.
January 7th 2019 Update: amazing machine
it is a great machine , washes small loads and the biggest blanket it is great to programme , from the tiny wash to a super one it is all self programmed and you just put the powder or liquid press a few buttons and it is pretty much all systems go .
