Extremely pleased with Liebherr's follow up to a fault
Had an issue with my fridge / freezer unit and wrote a bad review on here about it. I was contacted on the next working day by Liebherr and they organized a technician to come around and check out my fault. I had purchased the unit 4 years ago and the warranty had expired, but still the tech was able to repair my fridge at no cost to me. I was very pleased with Liebherr"s commitment to a quality product and appreciative of there prompt service. Other than this issue, it has been and is a great fridge freezer and I would recommend it.
Purchased in September 2015 at Goodguys for A$5,700.00.
