False advertising, rip offs and so embarrassing!!!
I’m so embarrassed!! I ordered flowers and chocolates that were meant to be for a family member on a hard occasion and I wanted to send the best. I got the worst. So embarrassed and I spent $123.00 and a bunch from Woolworths for $20 would look better. I was offered $25 refund but I still paid $100 for 10% flowers 90% greenery. Posted what I was meant to get and what we did get. Disgusting

For $95 my wife was delivered a bunch of flowers that would have cost $20 at Woolworths. I was embarrassed.
Don’t waste your money
I Ordered flowers for a birthday gift. When they arrived the roses looked terrible. I paid $98 for half dead roses. I was so embarrassed when the person I sent them to shared a picture with me. The flowers at Woolworths looked so much nicer. I Would not recommend anyone to use this company. Would give no stars if that was an option

Ordered flowers and chocolates to arrive on 26/9/20 which never arrived. Rang 1800 number which they apologised and stated they would refund credit card. I rang 2 times and emailed never received refund.

I had ordered the Thank you package which it comes with a bunch of flowers and a basket of fresh fruit ! Which I had spent $163.00 I did not get that at all! As you can see in the photos I will send you will see I didn’t get a basket of fruit or the amont of fruit worth $100??? I had try to contact them but no wants to deal with me they refunded $15 for. It sending the fruit in a basket ! That’s not the point the fruit is not worth $100 ?? You for yourself and see how discussing this is ! Very upsetting and would not recommend this for anyone ! They robbed me ! They are very unprofessional !

UPDATE - Company issued full refund. So they have done the right thing...
I ordered a VIP bunch native and what was delivered was the wrong bunch. After a few emails received a refund.

Was very worried after seeing the reviews but the flowers were amazing and delivered with in 3 hours! Mum absolutely loved them i won't have any hesitation in using these guys again.
Flowers did not arrive - not happy
Sent flowers for 40th birthday. The flowers did not arrive. When I tried to call many many many times. Noone picked up. They took my money with no refund. Flowers where meant to be delivered 8th may. Ordered early to make sure they would arrive.. No excuse. Very unhappy
I spent $109 including delivery on flowers for my sister. The arrangement was nothing like what I ordered, had very few flowers (9 stems, 3 roses, 2 gerbera's, 2 irises and 2 who knows what) and was a HUGE disappointment. On voicing my disappointment I was told they could make substitutions and the arrangement was fine. I will never use them again and advise against wasting your money. They really have no quality control whatsoever and clearly do not believe in offering a good service. When I communicated to them that I would leave an appropria...te review, they suddenly said they agree it wasn't up to scratch and they would refund me $25. Time will tell. What I wanted was the arrangement I ordered, which my sister would have loved. A bad experience!

Don’t waste your money
Does anybody else find it very odd that a number of these reviews have left positive reviews on Lily’s flowers and a couple of other companies within a day or two of each other? How could multiple verified customers of Lily’s flowers also be verified customers of Clean House Melbourne and Catwalk hair extensions as well? Bit coincidental don’t you think?! These fake positives need to be reviewed from this site. Check out their Facebook page for all the angry faces and comments that say they’re there, but are no longer visible due to this scam company deleting them. I’ve contacted the ACCC about Lily’s florist, waiting to hear back.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day on the 6th of May. They never arrived. When I rang on The Monday, I had to wait on hold for 27 minutes before hanging up and emailing them. On Tuesday I got a reply saying they couldn’t find my order!! Who loses an order in this day and age when they say all calls are recorded (this demonstrates the business they are running!) and it would have to go to a manager. On Wednesday I had someone phone me, I missed the calls and when I tried to return the call, the number was continuously engaged. On Thursday, I got...an email to say they had found my order and the flowers were delivered to Dalby (my mother lives in Bendigo!). I emailed straight back to say this wasn’t my parents address and the flowers had not been received and asked for someone to phone me. No return call. I was asking for a refund and for new flowers to be sent to my mum as compensation for not having received anything on Mother’s Day. Today I had to send another email requesting a call and they finally called me. They said my order was taken incorrectly and the sent the flowers to the wrong address. They didn’t have my correct name, my mum’s details or anything (but they had the right details to charge my CC $109!!). They said I could have a refund or they will send the flowers again (5 days late), I said that I wanted a refund and compensation flowers. They refused and said they would send new flowers and credit the delivery cost (big deal, $10!). Please don’t waste your money with this business who have NO CARE or CONSIDERATION for their customers. Give it to a florist who deserves your money instead. If I could rate 0 stars I would. TERRIBLE!! Ruined my Mother’s Day. Thanks a lot.

Placed an order one week before the delivery date, only to be texted the day of my sisters birthday, to say that the order has been cancelled. No florists were able to deliver with such short notice, so I was unable to get flowers to my sister for her birthday. So frustrated with this service. The phone number does not even connect.
Scam company- well known for it apparently
Didn’t send what I ordered and even though I followed their terms and conditions on their site for a full refund, offered me 25% refund. Disgusting, I ordered deluxe Lily’s, Gerberras and roses in a box for over $100. This is what they sent (see attached picture). The flowers that were in this arrangement were also already wilting. Report them to the ACCC, they are breaking Australian consumer law and you are entitled to a full refund, stop letting these guys get away with it! Also a quick google search of this company shows they have been doing this since 2017, disgusting that they’re allowed to take people’s hard earned money and rip them off like this.

I ordered one bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mum for Mother's Day.
The order was cancelled three times in the space of six days. The first time was due to availability (fair enough), however the second and third times were "accidental" and "shouldn't have been cancelled". I waited a minimum of 25 - 30 minutes every time I called the customer service number. The person on the online chat couldn't provide accurate information re: availability of flowers. The delivery drivers were extremely rude over the phone and didn't even attempt d...elivery. After all that, the flowers still didn't make it to my mum as the company cancelled the order and issued a refund with no warning. I didn't proceed with attempting a fourth order. Absolutely atrocious service and a complete waste of time.

Are you an actual business?
You say on your website that you have flowers available. Fair if you run out but you guarantee same day delivery. So I ordered actually before 10am and you have to have the order in by 2pm to get the same day.
So my issue is that you emailed me at 1.50pm that the flowers I requested were not available. Wouldn’t have been a problem if you had of called me and asked if you could deliver something else. No problem, but did you do that??? No you didn’t. Could I call you??? No, 46 mins on hold to have someone answer a...nd then hang up. Can I email??? No, you don’t respond to emails. What I will do for you as I haven’t received my money back for the flowers that you falsely advertise is review you and I will make sure that people can see what they will get for their money. Nothing... I will also be calling the bank first thing in the morning and letting them know that I think you are a fraudulent business who has taken my money with no responses. This company has fake reviews
Disappointed and opposite to their advertisement
I have placed an order last week and till now my friend didn't received Flower bouquet for her new born baby. I have called many time and first a fall they don't pick up and if they pick up they assured that it will be delivered at my friend's place rather initially at maternity ward where baby was born week ago. I have been calling them since next day from placing an order but no one is really doing anything. This is ridiculous service. Please never ever waste you money and time with lily florist. No email address is correct, not answering their calls. Charged from me one standard flower bouquet $80 and still its no where.

No Value for money
I ordered Deluxe Mothers Day flowers to be sent to my Mum, paid $80.00 for something I could buy at Woolworths for less than half the price. I was very disappointed when I asked my mum to send me a photo see as attached.
Ordered on 5/5 for a 10/5 delivery. Order not delivered, spent 30mins on hold 11/5, only to be hung up on then the number is “not available at this time”. Do not order if in Blaxland, NSW!

I'd like to know whether my mother will get her flowers I ordered, I ordered them on Friday at a kingaroy address for mother's day to be delivered Saturday as I was unwell to come. I would really appreciate that she gets them as it might be the last mother's day gift I can give her, she is terminal with kidney cancer that has spread, so please, please give my mother her flowers
What should a customer do if they ordered a deluxe rainbow arrangement and they received instead a VERY small yellow and pink bunch? I don’t think I have the energy to chase a refund for 3 months, and judging by the reviews it sounds like I would be.
We are extremely disappointed by Lily’s florist. A bunch of flowers value $75 was 3 gerbras and a carnation. The $100 chocolate hamper was a packet of lollies, scotch fingers and assorted chocolates , this is a false representation from their website. Don’t order from this company.
