All of our jewellery has come from Linda. Our wedding bands, engagement rings, milestone jewellery. Have been a Customer since their Merrylands store now the Rhodes store. Recently morphed my deceased father's wedding band with mine. Beautiful . Thank you.

Got served by Veronica at the Macquaire Store. The watch i was looking for was not avaliable in store, but Veronica made sure to order it and kept me posted, on its arrival. Also suggested me different options to try out as, gave her opinion, and made the purchase quick and easy. Also she and her manager showed me the watch setting, explained warranty, as well. Great service I had a bangle resized and I cannot tell where it was cut to make it smaller! Plus I can keep the part for future resizing if needed!

Revised review as I have recently re-weighed my ring and I believe their customer service was dishonest.

I went in to get my 18k ring resized (much smaller, from a 7US to a 4US. Weight 4.5g) and Navin specifically told me the jeweller [name removed] would reuse the excess gold to thicken the band. Then proceeded to show me what 'quality' bands were like. I didn't ask for the excess cut gold for this reason.

I came back a week later, picked up my ring and they asked me to write a positive review for them which I am now currently revising.

Friendly service and good quality ring resizing, which was important because it was my engagement ring! Quick turn around and reasonable price. Only Broadway jeweller that would resize a ring that wasn't purchased from that store.
