Revised review as I have recently re-weighed my ring and I believe their customer service was dishonest.

I went in to get my 18k ring resized (much smaller, from a 7US to a 4US. Weight 4.5g) and Navin specifically told me the jeweller [name removed] would reuse the excess gold to thicken the band. Then proceeded to show me what 'quality' bands were like. I didn't ask for the excess cut gold for this reason.

I came back a week later, picked up my ring and they asked me to write a positive review for them which I am now currently revising.

The Linda and Co Store at Macquarie centre have the best customer service compared to the other jewellery stores in the centre. The knowledge and expertise is nothing compared to chain stores.
