Misleading on deliver time and stock levels
Extremely late delivery with misleading information regarding timeframe/stock. Promised a rough delivery date on 2 occasions with neither being correct, now been waiting over 14 business days since ordering without even receiving a tracking number. I assume they have no stock but will not tell me this. Very misleading and would advise buying elsewhere even if they say in stock!

You sold me an item which you didn't even have in stock, then tried to explain why it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. The blame game doesn't work when you admitted you didn't have it.

Order still not delivered and terrible customer service
I wish I could rate this company 0 stars. The merchant has not delivered or even dispatched my item and I had to lodge an enquiry myself with Australia Post on the tracking number they provided - which shows the item has not left their city yet. I had previously dealt with this company for some cables without issue, however when asked why my order hasn't moved for over a week, I get a written answer "your delivery should arrive within the next 4-5 days" and then a week later on enquiry "You can expect to have these goods within the next 3 days"...Read more
. Now they don't even return emails, the order paid for is worth $1,056.88 and I'm being fobbed off. I have now had to raise a PayPal dispute to get my money back and buy off another company that can actually deliver! This is terrible customer service.1 comment

unately there are delays all across supply chains with inbound stock that arrives from overseas and with local carriers. Whilst we normally deliver overnight in most cases we're somewhat at the mercy of our manufacturer partners and our local couriers. I hope that gives some perspective as I note that you are from Queensland where you have freedom of movement. I also note that we immediately cancelled your order and refunded your payment when you requested so. Our apologies for the experience you had the the feedback you've provided. We hope that Victoria will get back to some form of normality soon so we can resume our normal delivery patterns. Oh and for the record, we don't "fob" our customers off, you are the lifeblood of our business so we do the best we can to enrich every customers experience and value add the products you are purchasing.Similar opinion? individual order. In terms of your claims, you'll see by the many 5 star reviews that we have we do go the extra mile to keep our customers happy. I am very surprised to hear that your experience has been so poor so please do reach out to us via our web site so we can try and resolve this for you. We are Victorian based and we are in Stage 4 Government imposed lock down which means staff are working from home and our logistics centre is working on skeleton staffing. Similarly, our courier partners are all impacted within Victoria as well with Australia Post and all other couriers having significant congestion with skeleton staff. Certainly not trying to make excuses for delays but trying to paint a picture to explain why you might have experienced any delays in order delivery or customer service contact. We typically reply to customer enquiries within one hour however in the current restricted environment you might find it to be a little longer. Great product at the best price
Purchase a Cellink Neo from Linelink at a great price. Product arrived earlier than expected and was brilliantly packed to maximise protection. Everything appeared to be in order with a selection of wiring options. Haven't connected yet but looking forward to putting it all together with my Viofo A129 Duo Dashcam.
For those, like me, that live in regional areas and don't have many options locally, this is a great way to buy and Linelink Online have made this an easy and pleasant experience.
Highly recommend.

Great Product at Good Price
I purchased a Cellink Neo from Linelink Online as the one they stock has all the connectors included for hardwire or cigarette lighter socket for power input as well as cigarette socket and three wire output cables. Every combination possible for power input and power output to dash camera is covered with the supplied cables and connectors. They also have competitive pricing.
The only minor constructive criticism I have was I was not informed my order was delayed. I did not find this out until I sent a query as tracking was indicating shipment...Read more
had occurred but no tracking status was showing during the course of the four days there after. Upon sending a query (which was answered promptly) I was advised that delivery was delayed due to stock being water damaged and awaiting arrival of next shipment. I expressed concern that the system shows my order shipped when this is not the case. I was advised that when an order is placed the system automatically generates the parcel consignment label and at that point the Australia Post system immediately sends you an email advising of the tracking data. I assume this system works well when you have stock which is despatched on time. I must admit my queries were answered promptly (within two hours) but it would have saved a lot of anxiety if I was informed the delivery was delayed without me having to send a query. Would I use Linelink Online for future purchases? Yes I would but please inform your customers when there is a delay in shipping there order.1 comment

h inbound stock and your order was caught in one of those delays. 99% of the time our orders ship out overnight so we do get it right most of the time. Questionable conduct
Good range of quality products and competitive prices BUT unfortunately all tarnished by their lack of communication and professionalism.
They lied about my order being sent when they didn't even have the stock on hand to begin with, and then they bluntly lied on their ebay feedback account about providing me with daily updates about the delay, where in actual fact they only replied once, and only because I chased them up one week after they dishonestly marked the item as sent. similar issues have occured in the past as well. I actually left a neutral feedback as I did receive the item in the end, but they still couldn't admit their mistakes or just leave it as is, but instead they continued lying to cover them up. Please take this as a constructive feedback as whoever is responsible for managing your ebay account should probably be looking at their team responses more closely to prevent any reputational risk for your company.1 comment

The product is fine, but the website lies about dispatch times. There is a countdown clock saying order before a certain time and it will be dispatched the same day. Like others have said this is a lie. the order was dispatched 2 days later, with Express Post delivery taking 4 days from order. If the website didn't lie to all customers about same day dispatch this would be a 5 star review.

Sometimes there are circumstances that are out of our control that have an impact on delivery and we do what we can do alert our customers of any significant delays. ot an isolated case. Had your site not promised same day dispatch I would have left a five star review. Just remove the stupid countdown clock promising same day dispatch and your ratings will lift. Slow shipping & poor communication!
I purchased a product from their eBay store with express shipping. It didn’t arrive for several days, with the dispatch label showing that it was posted the day I ordered it; meaning they didn’t send it via express post. Throughout the whole process they didn’t provide me with the tracking number (even though I asked), I assume to cover up the fact that they weren’t actually using express post.

The iSmartGate product that you ordered is a new product in Australia and is fulfilled from our QLD logistics facility and it looks like we were awaiting stock from Remsol who are in Spain and that the inbound stock was delayed slightly. We apologise for the delay and as you will see from most of our reviews, our delivery time frame is overnight in most cases. Shipping took to long
Bought a Viofo dash cam online from Linelink after seeing a deal posted on Ozbargain. From ordering online to receiving the dash cam took 1 day less than 3 weeks which is too long.
Also no tracking details provided despite having asked for them. Not sure why they are unable to provide tracking details. Was advertised as Express Post but there was nothing express about it.

Whilst we shipped on the 10th of July many of the consignments from this special deal took more than 8 days to arrive. We are taking this up with Australia Post management as this is totally not acceptable. So we will wear this one, we apologise for the delay you encountered once the consignment was lodged and we can assure you that such delays are not standard practice for us. I purchased a Viofo HK3 Hardwire kit. The kit I was sent was a cheaper version with no automatic low voltage functionality.
I am currently in the process of sorting this out, but it should never happen in the first place. I highly recommend people avoid any company who bait and switch products.

ards is definitely disappointing. Insofar as your suggestion that we "bait and switch", I'm afraid you couldn't be further from the truth. In a warehouse with thousands of orders shipping daily sometimes mistakes are made. It doesn't happen often but with a small item like an $18 cable where both products look very similar, it does sometimes occur. You'll note that we make it right when we do make a mistake. In your case we told you to keep the incorrect cable and we have sent you replacements via express post. That's the level that we go to make it right. So we are not really the 'bad guys' you've made us out to be. We have been around since the early 90's and that doesn't happen through poor customer service or poor business practices.Hi, thanks for the response Deakin.

Great Website, Great Customer Service, Very Competitive in Price
First time ordering from Linelink Online. I bought a Viofo A129 Duo dash cam and am very happy with the whole experience from using the website, chatting to customer service prior to purchase, check out and fast delivery. They were quite competitive in price compared to other major online stores and am very happy at the price I bought my dash cam. They are very quick to respond to my queries and concerns too. I got my order delivered within 2 days as I made the order at night time. Nothing negative to say really, so far so good. Hopefully the dash cam will last and I won't need to make a warranty claim. If I do, I will update my experience here. I highly recommend Linelink for any anyone looking to buy a dash cam.

I wonder why (DR750-2CH LTE 4G) works only in Australia and Japan, while any GSM cell phone can work in any country in the world?
Based on my career in telecommunications I reviewed the technical data of the Australian operator (the LTE band), and I assume that your camera would operate in other countries as well. Do I miss something here?

Thanks for your message, I can only talk to the suitability of this item in the Australian market, you'd need to contact Blackvue directly. But the modem in this device is only suitable for use with the Vodafone network in Australia.

hello, i don't work for linelink but have bought things. i have noticed that due to this stupid covid-19 it is talking almost everything ut to a week longer to get to me. maybe that will be the same for you. Maybe track your item with tracking number and ring AusPost. hope this helps and hope your item is recieved.

Due to the Corona Virus pandemic there are some delays right across the supply chain at the moment and that is having an impact on all deliveries at the moment.
