Basic website functionality, no tracking, fast email response but not really helpful
Very basic website design, not the greatest experience, annoying pop-ups. Don't be fooled by it saying next day delivery, because that didn't happen. Does not provide shipping tracking information, you need to email and ask for it, however, even after I have requested it by email, I was told that there were "thousands of orders", and that I should receive my items 7-10 days later, no tracking was given.

d up arriving after about a week. I did also noticed that their response to emails was fast before my item was delivered and quite delayed once the item has been delivered. So if you are happy to wait for your item, with no visibility of when it will be delivered, the site sometimes can be quite competitive with their pricing so it is worth considering.1 comment

Shipping took to long
Bought a Viofo dash cam online from Linelink after seeing a deal posted on Ozbargain. From ordering online to receiving the dash cam took 1 day less than 3 weeks which is too long.
Also no tracking details provided despite having asked for them. Not sure why they are unable to provide tracking details. Was advertised as Express Post but there was nothing express about it.

he 10th but unfortunately our freight partner Australia Post really dropped the ball. Whilst we shipped on the 10th of July many of the consignments from this special deal took more than 8 days to arrive. We are taking this up with Australia Post management as this is totally not acceptable. So we will wear this one, we apologise for the delay you encountered once the consignment was lodged and we can assure you that such delays are not standard practice for us. Did not provide the advertised product
I purchased a Viofo HK3 Hardwire kit. The kit I was sent was a cheaper version with no automatic low voltage functionality.
I am currently in the process of sorting this out, but it should never happen in the first place. I highly recommend people avoid any company who bait and switch products.

ards is definitely disappointing. Insofar as your suggestion that we "bait and switch", I'm afraid you couldn't be further from the truth. In a warehouse with thousands of orders shipping daily sometimes mistakes are made. It doesn't happen often but with a small item like an $18 cable where both products look very similar, it does sometimes occur. You'll note that we make it right when we do make a mistake. In your case we told you to keep the incorrect cable and we have sent you replacements via express post. That's the level that we go to make it right. So we are not really the 'bad guys' you've made us out to be. We have been around since the early 90's and that doesn't happen through poor customer service or poor business practices.Hi, thanks for the response Deakin.

Great Website, Great Customer Service, Very Competitive in Price
First time ordering from Linelink Online. I bought a Viofo A129 Duo dash cam and am very happy with the whole experience from using the website, chatting to customer service prior to purchase, check out and fast delivery. They were quite competitive in price compared to other major online stores and am very happy at the price I bought my dash cam. They are very quick to respond to my queries and concerns too. I got my order delivered within 2 days as I made the order at night time. Nothing negative to say really, so far so good. Hopefully the dash cam will last and I won't need to make a warranty claim. If I do, I will update my experience here. I highly recommend Linelink for any anyone looking to buy a dash cam.

Don't believe them when the website says they have stock and do same day shipping!
Claimed item was in stock and same day shipped, I didn't hear anything for three days and after being fobbed off a couple of times on chat they eventually admitted they didn't have it in stock. So they wont tell you they are not in stock, they just sit on your order. What is worse, the website still showed it in stock and able to ship within 24 hours - so don't believe them when they show they have something in stock. Probably drop shippers who don't know the suppliers stock levels. Took just over a week to get a refund back through PayPal. Plenty of other companies to choose, so I recommend avoiding these people.

don't have a business. Secondly, we don't show stock levels on our web site so it is simply not possible for an item to show in stock as you've claimed. Thirdly, we are not a drop shipper as you claim. We have been around since the 1990's and we have a warehouse that we ship from in Victoria. In terms of shipments, 95% of our deliveries are delivered next day or within 3 days according to our logistics data. Our GoGoGate and iSmartgate orders are fulfilled directly from the manufacturer and in your case, stock was slightly delayed on an inbound shipment which caused the delay you experienced. As for your refund, your refund was initiated with PayPal the day you requested it, we cannot be responsible for the time frames that a payment gateway have in processing a refund. So again, thank you for your review but please next time ensure that your review is factual. Again, we value our customers and we work hard to ensure we have happy customers and you'll see that we have many from the reviews on this site and the other sales channels we market our products on.That's it, say the customer is lying, their reply tells you everything you need to know about them. Thanks for your message, I can only talk to the suitability of this item in the Australian market, you'd need to contact Blackvue directly. But the modem in this device is only suitable for use with the Vodafone network in Australia.

hello, i don't work for linelink but have bought things. i have noticed that due to this stupid covid-19 it is talking almost everything ut to a week longer to get to me. maybe that will be the same for you. Maybe track your item with tracking number and ring AusPost. hope this helps and hope your item is recieved.

shipped on the 9th and 10th but unfortunately our freight partner Australia Post let us down. Many of the consignments from this special deal took more than 8 days to arrive and Australia Post are investigating the "why" now. Ordinarily delivery is 1-3 days via Express Post and we do add tracking to all our consignments.
