Nothing but lies
They lied about having an item in stock when they didn’t. They told me the stock was ‘still on the shipping dock’ post purchase. I asked for a refund so I could purchase the item somewhere else. Needed it for a birthday present so couldn’t wait a month for the stock to come In. They then lied about shipping my order. They said it was dispatched, but couldn’t give me a tracking code. Thought something was a bit fishy, so I asked for the tracking code, at which point they canceled my order and said it was never shipped. Very unreliable.

I think you know the above is a lie. I received an email saying my order was dispatched. You've also now breached the Privacy Act by listing my address on a public forum. You should be ashamed.

Misleading on deliver time and stock levels
Extremely late delivery with misleading information regarding timeframe/stock. Promised a rough delivery date on 2 occasions with neither being correct, now been waiting over 14 business days since ordering without even receiving a tracking number. I assume they have no stock but will not tell me this. Very misleading and would advise buying elsewhere even if they say in stock!

Order still not delivered and terrible customer service
I wish I could rate this company 0 stars. The merchant has not delivered or even dispatched my item and I had to lodge an enquiry myself with Australia Post on the tracking number they provided - which shows the item has not left their city yet. I had previously dealt with this company for some cables without issue, however when asked why my order hasn't moved for over a week, I get a written answer "your delivery should arrive within the next 4-5 days" and then a week later on enquiry "You can expect to have these goods within the next 3 days"...Read more
. Now they don't even return emails, the order paid for is worth $1,056.88 and I'm being fobbed off. I have now had to raise a PayPal dispute to get my money back and buy off another company that can actually deliver! This is terrible customer service.1 comment

unately there are delays all across supply chains with inbound stock that arrives from overseas and with local carriers. Whilst we normally deliver overnight in most cases we're somewhat at the mercy of our manufacturer partners and our local couriers. I hope that gives some perspective as I note that you are from Queensland where you have freedom of movement. I also note that we immediately cancelled your order and refunded your payment when you requested so. Our apologies for the experience you had the the feedback you've provided. We hope that Victoria will get back to some form of normality soon so we can resume our normal delivery patterns. individual order. In terms of your claims, you'll see by the many 5 star reviews that we have we do go the extra mile to keep our customers happy. I am very surprised to hear that your experience has been so poor so please do reach out to us via our web site so we can try and resolve this for you. We are Victorian based and we are in Stage 4 Government imposed lock down which means staff are working from home and our logistics centre is working on skeleton staffing. Similarly, our courier partners are all impacted within Victoria as well with Australia Post and all other couriers having significant congestion with skeleton staff. Certainly not trying to make excuses for delays but trying to paint a picture to explain why you might have experienced any delays in order delivery or customer service contact. We typically reply to customer enquiries within one hour however in the current restricted environment you might find it to be a little longer. Do not buy any product from this seller, very bad custumer rep and will not refund for faulty dashcam. Bought dashmate-1200 keep email back and forward ended up the dashcam in the rubbish that what the Linkline Online want.

Did not provide the advertised product
I purchased a Viofo HK3 Hardwire kit. The kit I was sent was a cheaper version with no automatic low voltage functionality.
I am currently in the process of sorting this out, but it should never happen in the first place. I highly recommend people avoid any company who bait and switch products.

ards is definitely disappointing. Insofar as your suggestion that we "bait and switch", I'm afraid you couldn't be further from the truth. In a warehouse with thousands of orders shipping daily sometimes mistakes are made. It doesn't happen often but with a small item like an $18 cable where both products look very similar, it does sometimes occur. You'll note that we make it right when we do make a mistake. In your case we told you to keep the incorrect cable and we have sent you replacements via express post. That's the level that we go to make it right. So we are not really the 'bad guys' you've made us out to be. We have been around since the early 90's and that doesn't happen through poor customer service or poor business practices.Hi, thanks for the response Deakin.

Don't believe them when the website says they have stock and do same day shipping!
Claimed item was in stock and same day shipped, I didn't hear anything for three days and after being fobbed off a couple of times on chat they eventually admitted they didn't have it in stock. So they wont tell you they are not in stock, they just sit on your order. What is worse, the website still showed it in stock and able to ship within 24 hours - so don't believe them when they show they have something in stock. Probably drop shippers who don't know the suppliers stock levels. Took just over a week to get a refund back through PayPal. Plenty of other companies to choose, so I recommend avoiding these people.

don't have a business. Secondly, we don't show stock levels on our web site so it is simply not possible for an item to show in stock as you've claimed. Thirdly, we are not a drop shipper as you claim. We have been around since the 1990's and we have a warehouse that we ship from in Victoria. In terms of shipments, 95% of our deliveries are delivered next day or within 3 days according to our logistics data. Our GoGoGate and iSmartgate orders are fulfilled directly from the manufacturer and in your case, stock was slightly delayed on an inbound shipment which caused the delay you experienced. As for your refund, your refund was initiated with PayPal the day you requested it, we cannot be responsible for the time frames that a payment gateway have in processing a refund. So again, thank you for your review but please next time ensure that your review is factual. Again, we value our customers and we work hard to ensure we have happy customers and you'll see that we have many from the reviews on this site and the other sales channels we market our products on.That's it, say the customer is lying, their reply tells you everything you need to know about them. Line link seems to think i wouldn't notice providing a completely different product than was advertised ridiculous business strategy.
Furthermore the unit they sent me looks to have been used previously - looks like they do this to most customers.

the error. I am sure you appreciate that sometimes these errors do occur at busy times of the year. Again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused. Your insinuation that we did this intentionally could not be further from the truth. The LS-P4 we accidentally sent you sells for $279 whereas the VP-10 that you purchased is $169. As for the item being used and doing this to most customers - another untrue and unfair statement that you are clearly not qualified to make. All goods we sell are brand new and unused. We are an authorised OIympus Australia dealer and all Olympus Voice Recorders we sell are brand new and carry the full Olympus warranty. In terms of making good, we sent you the VP-10 the minute you authorised the swap and have sent you a satchel to return the LS-P4 at our cost. I'd say that is pretty good customer service! Simple review - i bought a tamper proof case for the dash camera and as i saw my model number in the description i did not notice there was multiple types. I only realised i ordered the wrong one once i couldn't install it. I contacted linelink who didn't want a bar of it i was hoping as a loyal customer who buys all the products i need from them that they would let me return it for the correct one even at a small fee but they didn't want to hear it. Loyalty doesn't pay so it looks like ill be buying from elsewhere from now on as customer experience doesn't matter to Linelink only sales.

selves on. I've looked into your transaction and I can see that you purchased this item in July 2018 or 3 months ago! We also see that you've used the item by trying to install it which means the item is used and cannot be resold. We have a very fair and reasonable return policy that stipulates that an item can be returned if unused and unopened within a 7 day period - no hassles and no questions asked. This is one of the reasons why we have so many happy customers and to insinuate that all we care about is sales is most unfair. We have many loyal and repeat customers for a reason - we do care and we do go the extra mile where we can. can see from your e-mail to us that you purchased an item that was not suitable for your vehicle. I can also see you had opened the box and removed the item and its accessories from the box. I see you also wanted to purchase the Cellink NEO instead as it was suitable for your car. I am surprised about your comments about this product as we have sold hundreds of them and no one has ever made the claim that you made. Did you check the installation video first and check to see from your vehicle manufacturer if their cigarette socket in your car provided constant power? As I am sure you can understand, once an item has been opened and handled it makes the goods "soiled" and therefore under those circumstances we cannot accept it back as we cannot sell it as new. I am sure if we had sent you and item that you purchased as "new" and it had been opened and handled by someone else you would be quite annoyed in those circumstances too. We happily accept returns from customers however it is important, and quite frankly fair, that any goods returned when you have made an incorrect purchase, are still sealed and as we sent them to you. Most other electronic consumer goods companies have the same policy as us when it comes to this. In terms of your wish to purchase the item that is suitable for your vehicle, please contact us and we can certainly give you a very good deal to assist you. the day I did buy it off them have bought some other stuff off them for the gogogate and have had no problem because they deal with the supplier but once this is all finished would definitely not recommend them to buy anything of this company as they have not been very helpful but as for the gogogate works great would definitely buy another one just not from this company1 comment

delivered the Gogogate2 and sensor within 48 hours from your order placement. Your camera is on back order as you have been advised by us and GogoGate Australia. The accessories you mention are mounting accessories for the camera which are supplied with the camera itself. Worst Experience ever in Online shopping
I have never been so disgusted with the absolute lack of quality of this company's useless amount of service and communication. I ordered the Samsung S6 Edge last month (02/04/15) and never received it. I sent many emails in regards to the whereabouts of my purchased product to be told that its not in supply however they didn't hesitate on charging my credit card as soon as I placed the order. Appalling transparency/service.
I ordered 4 weeks ago (and respectively was charged) for a high-value item but never received anything but a confirmation email. No tracking details, no reaction from customer service but standard emails that they will follow-up. Every Chines 1 dollar seller has better communication and can deliver what you buy. Never again!

Terrible service. Lack of communication. Did not deliver item.
Ordered an item and was told it would take up to 15 working days (3 weeks) to come from overseas. Repeatedly requested a tracking number and was not provided with one (many emails were not answered). After 3 weeks they finally responded to tell me that the supplier was still waiting for stock! Lousy communication and not interested in customer satisfaction but happy to keep the money for 3 weeks!
DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOU PURCHASE!

I was requested to send in my credit details before I received the invoice.
After I received the invoice, I noted that the purchase was subject to the consumer laws of the Seychelles ??
I live in Australia and would like to think that I have the consumer protection under Australian Law not by some third world country.

Terrible. Will never buy from this shop
It takes ages to dispatch my tablet and yet I haven't received the item after 3 weeks. You will never receive the tracking Number as they say you will. The courier company they use is called Toll is terrible service as well. They will not take responsible for your item at all. I will never use this company and would rather spend my money on JB HiFi or somewhere decent shops. Never recommended.

Thanks for your message, I can only talk to the suitability of this item in the Australian market, you'd need to contact Blackvue directly. But the modem in this device is only suitable for use with the Vodafone network in Australia.

hello, i don't work for linelink but have bought things. i have noticed that due to this stupid covid-19 it is talking almost everything ut to a week longer to get to me. maybe that will be the same for you. Maybe track your item with tracking number and ring AusPost. hope this helps and hope your item is recieved.

Due to the Corona Virus pandemic there are some delays right across the supply chain at the moment and that is having an impact on all deliveries at the moment. Unfortunately this item is on back order across the country with all resellers as Garmin do not have stock. At no time did we advise that the item had been shipped to you and accordingly, that is why you had not received any tracking data.
