Never showed up to install dash cam
Do not book this company to install complete any dash camera installations. Linelink just subcontracts installation jobs out to dodgy sub contractors.
The installer did not show up on the original booked date and requested to reschedule. The installer again did not show up on the rescheduled date and did not contact me since.
I have had to put a refund request through Paypal as Linelink makes you pay up front for services they don't provide.

Ordered a baby monitor from this company via Catch on 24/01/21. The Catch listing stated the product would be dispatched within a couple of business days.
Received a dispatch notification on 26/01/21 without tracking details.
Contacted the company a week after this requesting tracking details but they couldn't provide. They apologised for the delay and assured me it would be with me in 3-4 business days. (At this time it still hadn't left their warehouse.)
The item finally arrived 15/02/21 - we checked the tracking details and it was only s...ent on 11/02/21, two business days earlier. The company claimed the item was sent 16 days before it actually was. When I contacted the company to ask for an explanation all they replied was "This item has been delivered." This appears to be common practise from Linelink judging from many of the other reviews listed here. If they had have been honest from the start and mentioned a two week delay, I would have been fine with it and not written a negative review. Replies to other reviews blame lockdowns, staff restrictions etc - there were none of these during the time of my order.
installation no show
linelink provide an installation service/product. We purchased camera and required pack to have the unit installed. we book a technician to install it 3 weeks in advance. we received the confirmation of the installation date and time. I took the day off work for the installation and no on showed up. emailed prior to the scheduled day and no response from Linelink. I can not say if the product itself is good as it hasn't been installed. will I get reimbursed for my day in leave - no I think not. not happy with the service from linelink.
Nothing but lies
They lied about having an item in stock when they didn’t. They told me the stock was ‘still on the shipping dock’ post purchase. I asked for a refund so I could purchase the item somewhere else. Needed it for a birthday present so couldn’t wait a month for the stock to come In. They then lied about shipping my order. They said it was dispatched, but couldn’t give me a tracking code. Thought something was a bit fishy, so I asked for the tracking code, at which point they canceled my order and said it was never shipped. Very unreliable.
Misleading on deliver time and stock levels
Extremely late delivery with misleading information regarding timeframe/stock. Promised a rough delivery date on 2 occasions with neither being correct, now been waiting over 14 business days since ordering without even receiving a tracking number. I assume they have no stock but will not tell me this. Very misleading and would advise buying elsewhere even if they say in stock!

You sold me an item which you didn't even have in stock, then tried to explain why it took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. The blame game doesn't work when you admitted you didn't have it.

Order still not delivered and terrible customer service
I wish I could rate this company 0 stars. The merchant has not delivered or even dispatched my item and I had to lodge an enquiry myself with Australia Post on the tracking number they provided - which shows the item has not left their city yet. I had previously dealt with this company for some cables without issue, however when asked why my order hasn't moved for over a week, I get a written answer "your delivery should arrive within the next 4-5 days" and then a week later on enquiry "You can expect to have these goods within the next 3 days".... Now they don't even return emails, the order paid for is worth $1,056.88 and I'm being fobbed off. I have now had to raise a PayPal dispute to get my money back and buy off another company that can actually deliver! This is terrible customer service.

made order no confirmed email no tracking info no updates and top it off slow automatic email on covid delay re emails all ignored tried call no answer .. terrible customer service and if do end up with the stock can you emagine if you need anything under warantee go local ppl save time and your money
Very rude customer rep and nonrefund
Do not buy any product from this seller, very bad custumer rep and will not refund for faulty dashcam. Bought dashmate-1200 keep email back and forward ended up the dashcam in the rubbish that what the Linkline Online want.
Good range of quality products and competitive prices BUT unfortunately all tarnished by their lack of communication and professionalism.
They lied about my order being sent when they didn't even have the stock on hand to begin with, and then they bluntly lied on their ebay feedback account about providing me with daily updates about the delay, where in actual fact they only replied once, and only because I chased them up one week after they dishonestly marked the item as sent. Based on some of their negative feedback comments, it seems that ...similar issues have occured in the past as well. I actually left a neutral feedback as I did receive the item in the end, but they still couldn't admit their mistakes or just leave it as is, but instead they continued lying to cover them up. Please take this as a constructive feedback as whoever is responsible for managing your ebay account should probably be looking at their team responses more closely to prevent any reputational risk for your company.

The product is fine, but the website lies about dispatch times. There is a countdown clock saying order before a certain time and it will be dispatched the same day. Like others have said this is a lie. the order was dispatched 2 days later, with Express Post delivery taking 4 days from order. If the website didn't lie to all customers about same day dispatch this would be a 5 star review.

Slow shipping & poor communication!
I purchased a product from their eBay store with express shipping. It didn’t arrive for several days, with the dispatch label showing that it was posted the day I ordered it; meaning they didn’t send it via express post. Throughout the whole process they didn’t provide me with the tracking number (even though I asked), I assume to cover up the fact that they weren’t actually using express post.
Basic website functionality, no tracking, fast email response but not really helpful
Very basic website design, not the greatest experience, annoying pop-ups. Don't be fooled by it saying next day delivery, because that didn't happen. Does not provide shipping tracking information, you need to email and ask for it, however, even after I have requested it by email, I was told that there were "thousands of orders", and that I should receive my items 7-10 days later, no tracking was given.
Now, although the company doesn't meet many of the standard expectations of modern online vendors, the packaging was quite well and it did en...d up arriving after about a week. I did also noticed that their response to emails was fast before my item was delivered and quite delayed once the item has been delivered. So if you are happy to wait for your item, with no visibility of when it will be delivered, the site sometimes can be quite competitive with their pricing so it is worth considering.
Shipping took to long
Bought a Viofo dash cam online from Linelink after seeing a deal posted on Ozbargain. From ordering online to receiving the dash cam took 1 day less than 3 weeks which is too long.
Also no tracking details provided despite having asked for them. Not sure why they are unable to provide tracking details. Was advertised as Express Post but there was nothing express about it.

I purchased a Viofo HK3 Hardwire kit. The kit I was sent was a cheaper version with no automatic low voltage functionality.
I am currently in the process of sorting this out, but it should never happen in the first place. I highly recommend people avoid any company who bait and switch products.
Don't believe them when the website says they have stock and do same day shipping!
Claimed item was in stock and same day shipped, I didn't hear anything for three days and after being fobbed off a couple of times on chat they eventually admitted they didn't have it in stock. So they wont tell you they are not in stock, they just sit on your order. What is worse, the website still showed it in stock and able to ship within 24 hours - so don't believe them when they show they have something in stock. Probably drop shippers who don't know the suppliers stock levels. Took just over a week to get a refund back through PayPal. Plenty of other companies to choose, so I recommend avoiding these people.

You have shipped my order to VIC and have no way of contacting you? poor business. how does a business in this day not have a contact line to discuss on going orders etc
Product completely different to the advertising
Line link seems to think i wouldn't notice providing a completely different product than was advertised ridiculous business strategy.
Furthermore the unit they sent me looks to have been used previously - looks like they do this to most customers.

Simple review - i bought a tamper proof case for the dash camera and as i saw my model number in the description i did not notice there was multiple types. I only realised i ordered the wrong one once i couldn't install it. I contacted linelink who didn't want a bar of it i was hoping as a loyal customer who buys all the products i need from them that they would let me return it for the correct one even at a small fee but they didn't want to hear it. Loyalty doesn't pay so it looks like ill be buying from elsewhere from now on as customer experience doesn't matter to Linelink only sales.

I wonder why (DR750-2CH LTE 4G) works only in Australia and Japan, while any GSM cell phone can work in any country in the world?
Based on my career in telecommunications I reviewed the technical data of the Australian operator (the LTE band), and I assume that your camera would operate in other countries as well. Do I miss something here?
Thanks for your message, I can only talk to the suitability of this item in the Australian market, you'd need to contact Blackvue directly. But the modem in this device is only suitable for use with the Vodafone network in Australia.

hello, i don't work for linelink but have bought things. i have noticed that due to this stupid covid-19 it is talking almost everything ut to a week longer to get to me. maybe that will be the same for you. Maybe track your item with tracking number and ring AusPost. hope this helps and hope your item is recieved.
