A good result after a rocky start
Booked an install through Linelink 10 days in advance, no one arrived to do the job.
Contacted Linelink and was happy with the replies I received, they were very good in organising a new installation. The new installer was very very good at his job, could not be happier. The cameras are working well, I am amazed at the clarity of the videos they produce.
I am happy to recommend Linelink as a seller of Blackvue equipment and to have an installation done through them.
Worth the money
Rather easy to navigate, installation was neat. Had a motorbike run up the back of me last week and used the footage for my claim and the police even asked for a copy for future reference

Great Product at Good Price
I purchased a Cellink Neo from Linelink Online as the one they stock has all the connectors included for hardwire or cigarette lighter socket for power input as well as cigarette socket and three wire output cables. Every combination possible for power input and power output to dash camera is covered with the supplied cables and connectors. They also have competitive pricing.
The only minor constructive criticism I have was I was not informed my order was delayed. I did not find this out until I sent a query as tracking was indicating shipment...had occurred but no tracking status was showing during the course of the four days there after. Upon sending a query (which was answered promptly) I was advised that delivery was delayed due to stock being water damaged and awaiting arrival of next shipment. I expressed concern that the system shows my order shipped when this is not the case. I was advised that when an order is placed the system automatically generates the parcel consignment label and at that point the Australia Post system immediately sends you an email advising of the tracking data. I assume this system works well when you have stock which is despatched on time. I must admit my queries were answered promptly (within two hours) but it would have saved a lot of anxiety if I was informed the delivery was delayed without me having to send a query. Would I use Linelink Online for future purchases? Yes I would but please inform your customers when there is a delay in shipping there order.
Good range of quality products and competitive prices BUT unfortunately all tarnished by their lack of communication and professionalism.
They lied about my order being sent when they didn't even have the stock on hand to begin with, and then they bluntly lied on their ebay feedback account about providing me with daily updates about the delay, where in actual fact they only replied once, and only because I chased them up one week after they dishonestly marked the item as sent. Based on some of their negative feedback comments, it seems that ...similar issues have occured in the past as well. I actually left a neutral feedback as I did receive the item in the end, but they still couldn't admit their mistakes or just leave it as is, but instead they continued lying to cover them up. Please take this as a constructive feedback as whoever is responsible for managing your ebay account should probably be looking at their team responses more closely to prevent any reputational risk for your company.
Product is fine, but website lies about dispatch times
The product is fine, but the website lies about dispatch times. There is a countdown clock saying order before a certain time and it will be dispatched the same day. Like others have said this is a lie. the order was dispatched 2 days later, with Express Post delivery taking 4 days from order. If the website didn't lie to all customers about same day dispatch this would be a 5 star review.

Slow shipping & poor communication!
I purchased a product from their eBay store with express shipping. It didn’t arrive for several days, with the dispatch label showing that it was posted the day I ordered it; meaning they didn’t send it via express post. Throughout the whole process they didn’t provide me with the tracking number (even though I asked), I assume to cover up the fact that they weren’t actually using express post.
Basic website functionality, no tracking, fast email response but not really helpful
Very basic website design, not the greatest experience, annoying pop-ups. Don't be fooled by it saying next day delivery, because that didn't happen. Does not provide shipping tracking information, you need to email and ask for it, however, even after I have requested it by email, I was told that there were "thousands of orders", and that I should receive my items 7-10 days later, no tracking was given.
Now, although the company doesn't meet many of the standard expectations of modern online vendors, the packaging was quite well and it did en...d up arriving after about a week. I did also noticed that their response to emails was fast before my item was delivered and quite delayed once the item has been delivered. So if you are happy to wait for your item, with no visibility of when it will be delivered, the site sometimes can be quite competitive with their pricing so it is worth considering.
Shipping took to long
Bought a Viofo dash cam online from Linelink after seeing a deal posted on Ozbargain. From ordering online to receiving the dash cam took 1 day less than 3 weeks which is too long.
Also no tracking details provided despite having asked for them. Not sure why they are unable to provide tracking details. Was advertised as Express Post but there was nothing express about it.

Reasonable price for the DashCam
Linelink's banner adv said 20% off ALL dashcams so that's what I wanted, however, they didn't give it to me! They would only give me 10%, so their banner lied and I don't like that.
I had a bit of trouble getting correct invoices for payment but after all that was sorted out, the camera & power kit arrived reasonably quickly.
Of course, I have now seen the camera at 30% off online, but I think this place is one of the better priced online stores, just double check everything.
I thought I was buying a BlackVue SD card and received some other brand which they say is the same.If I wanted an other brand I would have bought it.Great service but false advertising

I bought a Blackvue 128GB micro SD card and it worked well after a few months. I contacted them for replacement because it was still covered by warranty but it took a few emails for them to respond properly. I sent the defective card but it took a couple of weeks for the replacement to arrive.
BUT they sent the wrong one: a 32 GB micro SD card and not the 128 GB that was originally purchased. They tried to apologize by sending a couple of cheap tools alongside the correct replacement but how they handled the warranty claim was really unprofessional.

Product was a great price and delivery was within 2 days but after numerous requests I still do not have a tax invoice for the item, sours an otherwise good buying experience.
Good camera but not perfect
The store offers good pricing and communications BUT the delivery service they use (Australia Post), is useless, I know this is not a reflection on this company, but they need to review them.

Mmmmmm Somebody stuffed up but no one saying anything. No explanation or apology. Would have given good review had someone explained the problem. Luckily was in no big hurry for cable. Annoyed that part was ordered Tuesday and not sent till Friday and not until I inquired as to where it was.

Came Good When I really Needed Quicker Delivery
My small business iPhone 5 (from Linelink previously) "died" from a terminal fall so I obviously needed a replacement asap. There was an unavoidable small delay in delivery time but I was kept advised of the 6+ delivery progress and received a big effort in my particular circumstances to get one asap with lots of apologies/concern to lessen the distress - the advertised significant discount off the Apple Store price was worth it. Proof of my satisfaction is that I have just purchased eldest daughter a iPhone 6 for her 21st - and its physical delivery time frame will match that of the original iPhone 5. If saving $$$ isn't important don't shop online here is you want "instantaneous'" delivery.
Tricky Start But Great Ending
This was my first experience buying a laptop online. To be honest the appeal was the amount of money I saved by buying my new laptop online. I decided to go with a Toshiba this time as it had been recommended as a good generally indestructible laptop. Overall the purchase experience with LineLink was fine and my laptop was in my hands in around a week. However, my indestructible Toshiba ended having to be sent back as the touch pad was faulty. After a couple of emails backwards and forwards, I was instructed to contact Toshiba for assistan...ce which I did but that did not resolve the problem and the laptop had go back which I had to pay the postage for. Then we had a little drama when I was advised the company hadn't received the laptop even though Australia Post said it had been delivered. We got there in the end but not a great weekend as I contemplated a $1500 laptop having gone "poof" into the ether. In the end, I had another go with LineLink and ended up buying a higher spec Toshiba laptop. My only negative was the delay in getting it sent to me. I did have to ask. In the end, I now have my new laptop and I'm very pleased with it. In the end, I'm not sure if I would buy a laptop online again as I found it frustrating not having a number to ring to talk to someone. Emails are fine but only if they are responded to quickly and sometimes this wasn't the case. Overall, I rated my experience with LineLink as ok.
Still waiting for a phone ordered 3 weeks ago. Never received shipping advice or tracking info. Take a long time to answer queries.

I wonder why (DR750-2CH LTE 4G) works only in Australia and Japan, while any GSM cell phone can work in any country in the world?
Based on my career in telecommunications I reviewed the technical data of the Australian operator (the LTE band), and I assume that your camera would operate in other countries as well. Do I miss something here?
Thanks for your message, I can only talk to the suitability of this item in the Australian market, you'd need to contact Blackvue directly. But the modem in this device is only suitable for use with the Vodafone network in Australia.

hello, i don't work for linelink but have bought things. i have noticed that due to this stupid covid-19 it is talking almost everything ut to a week longer to get to me. maybe that will be the same for you. Maybe track your item with tracking number and ring AusPost. hope this helps and hope your item is recieved.
