Great Product - Poor Customer Service
The tricycle seems to be of very high quality - great quality for the price point with a number of added features that other brands do not offer. That said, the instructions are inadequate and it was a thorough pain to put together.
Regarding delivery and service, I ordered one of their tricycles weeks in advance in preparation for my son’s birthday. I received a notification from PayPal that the payment had been processed - then radio silence from Little Nation.
Their website clearly stated at the point of purchase that they were still proce...ssing orders and that COVID would have no impact on processing or delivery. A week had passed and I still had not received any communication from Little Nation as to the status of my order or a tracking number. Three emails from three different platforms later and I finally received a reply that indicated that there would in fact be a delay due to COVID restrictions. Their website was only updated following me receipt of this email. I was (finally) given a tracking number a week later indicating that my purchase was posted 7 days after I placed my order when their website promised delivery within 3-5 days. The tricycle arrived today, weeks after the birthday. I take issue with the total lack of adequate communication, the misleading promise that they would be able to deliver on time and the strikingly snide and superior tone of their email in response to my first query.
