What is the weight limit for bunk beds?

Thank you for your question, the standard weight limit is 80-100kg.

In order to get a more accurate answer for the weight limit of our high quality bunks you will need to provide an email to service@livingstyles.com.au the question and the SKU code regarding the specific bunk you are querying into.

What items can i pickup from your Sydney Warehouse?

Only the items that indicate Sydney Pickup is Available in the green font,

The green font can be found on top of the shipping calculation box on the www.livingstyles.com.au is able to be picked up from our Lidcombe Warehouse.

Having read the reviews on this website I'm now exceedingly concerned - There as an item I tried to order that was out of stock,so I put my name down for notification. As soon as it came back in stock I ordered the item - and was promptly told it was out of stock. In less than four hours. This was in July, and after consultation with my husband I went ahead with the order - which was due first week of september.

I sent an email to customer service double checking that we're all good seeing as we're coming up on this date and have been told now it's THREE WEEKS until the item arrives - and when I asked for further details and why the delay, I've received no reply. Unsurprisingly, I now have the distinct impression this company is trying to rort me. Is this the case?

I had an issue with buying an item that was represented as looking a certain way and being a certain colour but then when the actual product arrived looked completely different. I emailed them twice with photos and got no response and then when I put my review up I finally received a phone call from a representative called [Name removed] who was rude, argumentative, aggressive and not interested in being helpful. I asked to speak to his supervisor who was friendly, prepared to listen, apologetic, helpful and wanted to resolve the problem. He got me to email him the photos again and on the same day phoned me back and agreed I was entitled to a full refund (including freight costs) and then emailed me a prepaid Aust Post mailing slip so I could return the item free of charge. [Name Removed] phoned me the day the item was received back to them and issued the full refund the same day.
If you are having issues I would email and tell him what has happened and hopefully he will be as helpful to you as he has been for me.
I am happy for you to mention my name (Julie) and that I was the lady with the Skjern chair that was returned.

Hi I just wanted to know if anyone has purchased any fabric upholstered bed frames from LS and are they happy with them? Do they look cheap and flimsy and also do double, queen and king bed frames come with a middle support bar? Thanks!

Kindly note the Queen and King size for our quality upholstered bed frame do come with 2 supporting bar. The upholstery on our bed frames are durable and there is a 12 month manufacturer warranty to cover the material of the bed frame.
