My previous experience with my usual bank when I applied to them took 3 months, only to end up in square one. It was a great surprise that loans.com.au processed the whole application within a week! They also met the settlement well before the due date. I dealt with Michael (he deserves a performance bonus) the entire time with a few help from the other wonderful staff when he was unavailable. Have loans with banks/society and went to loans.com purely out of web content and curious. Everything is online with a personal (one person) contact. I found the process professional, interest rate competitive and online process easy to use, follow and upload docs. Am buying another property and using loans.com.au again. Try these guys in lieu on mortgage brokers you likely save.

The whole process was simple and easy, from the online submission to dealing with the service team, everyone I spoke to was helpful and either through text, phone calls or email . I was guided through the entire process.
The rates were awesome , to the point I also refinanced an existing investment property whilst initially only looking to buy a new property.

Convenient, quick turnaround and very competitive rates. Online portal makes it easy to provide documents required for assessment.
I went through loans.com.au for a purchase and then ended up going through them again for a refinance for an existing property. Experience was so much more streamlined and hassle-free when compared to a traditional bank.

Thank you @CeeJay for your review. I wish I had seen this sooner as I am facing the same delays and issues with my home loan application. I’m not confident they will come through even though My case is simple and straightforward with all docs submitted. Definitely should avoid loans.com.au!
