Scammers
They hook you up with sugar low rates, then once you sign up they will increase the rates and will inform you those advertised rates are only for "new" customers. Disgraceful.

Intrest rate
I have been with loans . Com for 2yrs on a P&i mortage @ 2.74 so I phone and asked can I go on the 1.99% as advertised the answer no
If you want to get a better rate u need to pay for. A revaluation $220 and if that comes back that you now have more than 29% equality
In you home we can offer 2.14% only what a rip off
Yet if I go on u bank or. Tic toc home loans they both have free valuation tool on the web both came back with more than 20% equate in my home just feel let down
Only way out the said is to leave and pay $550 exit costs

Best End to End process
Being an online company, I had the best customer experience. It was easy, quick, hassle free and a seamless end to end process. Secondly, communication from Loans.com.Au was outstanding and with minimal documentation. I have been with many other banks earlier but have not seen such a great experience. Not the best customer service
Always disappointed that this company gives so much better rates to new customers. Existing customers lose out unless they go through all the hoops of negotiating a better deal.......writing this review as I remain 9th in the queue to speak to a customer service representative!!!!!!

Refinance Home Loan
10/10 for customer service. Great rate for refinance of my home loan. Laura was friendly, efficient and easy to deal with. The onTrack portal ensures transparency and is user friendly.

Have actively taken steps to make it more difficult for customers to compare interest rates
Loans.com.au have taken away the ability to view the interest rate being charged on your loan accounts. Previously this was always visible on their online banking platform through the account details section. Now account details shows basic account information but no longer tells you what interest rate you are being charged. There is only one possible reason for the removal of this information - to make it even more difficult for customers to know what rates they are paying and to compare them to the market. Fast, professional and positive service
I was so happy to speak to an 'actual' person, without any delay about applying for a home loan. Katherine was extremely helpful, patient and professional in the information and advice offered and gave me assurances on loan information any my application that other lenders were vague about or would take 2 weeks to reply to. I am very happy with the service and loan option so far!

Fantastic service with excellent advice to suit our situation, nothing was too difficult and easy to understand
Our lending manager offered fantastic service with professional advice to suit our situation. She was clear and concise with her information and helped us through the application process and as such we found this to be simple. It's great to get through to a human not an automated machine when you need to contact them. Highly recommend the service and competitive rates.

So easy to extend the loan!
Happily we’re getting an extension on our home loan and got the lending manager who set us up last time! The loan extension has been surprisingly easy with only a couple of pages of paperwork, we should be all sorted within a week! Pool and landscaping here we come!

Perfect service
Customer service is amazing. Jazmin is very friendly, accommodating, professional and a pleasure to work with. Jazmin is also very knowledgeable about everything to do with loans, any questions asked are answered excellently.

Great Service
The service was friendly truthful. Everything happened as Jasmin said it would. couldn't be happier. There were no unexpected costs as everything was outlined in the first interview. Very satisfied with the whole experience.

Really super helpful
Lani Nicholas home loan manager: Cant say enough about her. It has been a year since i last spoke to her about a home loan a year ago, i was looking at buying a home again and she rung me and was extremely polite and helpful yet again with all my enquires.

Great experience even though we didn't proceed
We started the process of refinancing our current home loan with loans.com.au. They were upfront about the valuation fee and settlement fee which I agreed to.
They charged the valuation fee upfront, but prior to the valuer attending I decided to go with another lender. I contacted them for a refund of the fee and they have provided me with a refund.
Staff were very helpful and the online system was good. They were also quick to respond.
My main reason for not proceeding was due to reading reviews that new customers and existing had quite different rates. Instead I decided to go with a lender that has the same rate for both new and existing customers and no upfront fees.

Hi, I currently have a home loan with a credit union in Sth Australia. I have approx $190,000 still owing (with $70,000 in a re-draw account). Without the re-draw, the amount owing would be $260,000. My current interest rate is 2.99%. I saw your advertised rate of 1.99% and wondered if I could re-finance my Home Loan with your company instead? There are no exit fees with my current loan. What would the set up fees be to do this please? Thanks, Anna

Has anybody gotten a fixed interest rate car loan with loans.com.au and their interest rate got suddenly changed during the fixed term loan period ? Are there any hidden fees or suprises on the way because I am on the stage of signing with them but the loan contract seems vague and subject to "changes".
