After shopping through numerous lenders where they offered interest rates in the high figures (7% and 9%), loans.com.au offered a low interest rate below 6%. Dealing with the organisation was easy and every person I spoke to was absolutely perfect. I will always recommend their services. If you need a loan, they’re your guys. Thank you so much, I wish I can give you guys 5 more stars.

Very good rate. Customer service was quick and made everything easy. They followed up with me when extra documents were required. Could have been a bit clearer that car insurance start date needed to be before loan settlement, not just before car pick-up.

This is my second time using loans.com.au. The online portal makes the process of applying and providing documentation very easy. I also like that you have a dedicated person handling your loan who is available to answer questions via phone and messages via the portal. It's also easy to track your balances after settlement.

Can't fault it really, other than them not calling within the 30 minute time frame for one of the phone calls. Simple, straightforward and quick process. Competitive rates!

From pre-approval to settlement it was an easy process with Loans.com.au. Messaging and uploading documents was easy via the online portal. Once the contract was signed, finance was approved very quickly and contact with my dealership was easy too. There was one small hiccup where the total purchase price of the car was input as the loan amount, but this was quickly fixed after a message. The rates advertised are great as well, I went through a broker and they couldn't even come near what Loans.com.au had on offer.

Are new path lending any good
Thank you @CeeJay for your review. I wish I had seen this sooner as I am facing the same delays and issues with my home loan application. I’m not confident they will come through even though My case is simple and straightforward with all docs submitted. Definitely should avoid loans.com.au!
