Fried my laptop sound card! – My daughter used this for approximately 8 months and was generally happy. One day she was using it for Zoom class during lockdown and error message appeared that the USB device has malfunctioned and exceeded the power limits of the USB Hub. She restarted her PC and got the same message again. I plugged it into my USB docking station and got the same message but all devices plugged into the docking station all stopped functioning! Thank goodness it did not cause any of them to stop working. Unfortunately, my daughter had it plugged into the laptop directly. I tried other headsets and ports/jacks and no sound at all, not even the speakers. JB HiFi had no issues with giving me a replacement headset (Bought a Razer instead). I raised the issue with Logitech to ask for compensation to purchase a new PC. After taking 1 month to investigate, Logitech offered to pay for courier to send the faulty headset back to them for further investigation (after I have told them several times from the start that I have already given the faulty unit to JB HiFi). Logitech concluded since I already have a replacement unit, the case is closed.

I never had a device cause such bad damage to my laptop. So not only is Logitech device faulty, their customer service is even worse! We will never buy any Logitech devices again!
