not spill-resistant!

We were most disappointed to find that the keyboard is most certainly not spill-resistant! Replacing all keyboards for a brand that does not mislead. Show details

Not great

The wireless connection is very inconsistent, it lags no matter how close you are. Show details

Don't lose the dongle

It was a fine keyboard and mouse set but two months in I lost my receiver. If you've thrown out your receipt Logitech won't sell you one. So now an 8 week old keyboard is headed to landfill. I thought buying Logitech you'd get better support but you might as well just buy a no name brand

Excellent connectivity

I have 3 sets of MK345 Keyboard and Mice. We use them in the office and at home, both for computer work and also for controlling a TV linked to a computer. The mouse and keyboard are both ergonomically comfortable and both have good range from the USB / device. The mouse is pleasingly responsive to use, unlike many others that I have tried.
This set is affordable enough to buy multiple sets, good enough quality also to warrant being happy to roll them out on all our devices. I would buy again! Show details

Keys worn down within 9 months

Bought in October 2020 ... now July 2021 the more frequently used keys have had their letters worn off . This indicates very poor choice of materials for painting the keys.

Other than that, the device works well and is energy efficient. So if you don't mind the frequently used keys ending up blank, go for it.

edit: followup - the keyboard was replaced under warranty - so I must acknowledge the superior warranty support received from Logitech when I posted to their support forum. I simply had to provide proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the fault and the product was quickly replaced! Glad to see them stand behind their warranty. Show details

The worse keyboard Logitech has made

Brought this today and was a complete waste of money. Having used my k120 for a long time, I wanted something similar but in a wireless device. If Logitech had any commonsense they would have made the keyboard without the resting pad at the bottom. The resting pad cannot be used for its intention and this is what a desk is for. The connectivity is not the best at all. Glad I didnt buy this online and just at the store for an easy refund. Show details

Poor keyboard

I have always touch-typed ever since the days of electric typewriters. I bought the Logitech to replace a Microsoft keyboard. I found it created double letters at random, eg creeates doouble... I have adjusted the computer settings to no avail. I have found the same fault in an identical keyboard where I volunteer. It wasn't until I changed it for a Dell keyboard that the problem ceased. Probably an okay keyboard for the amateur but not suitable for anyone who touch types at speed. Show details

Nice design and satisfying to work with

Got this mouse and keyboard combo after an unpleasant experience with another Logitech combo. I must say even though the mouse and keyboard don't look good, but they are extremely satisfying to work with. they are super ergonomic. Moreover I love the sound of the keyboard when I type.

Easy to use

This combo was bought as a replacement for our old wireless keyboard and mouse.
Nice to use, looks premium, the keys are nicely placed, the wrist support is a nice feature.

The on/off switch to preserve the battery life is also a good feature.
No issues or complaints with it. Show details

Easy to use and good battery life

I bought the wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse combo when setting up my home office. I was unsure at first if I would like the feel of the keyboard but it is very comfortable, and suits my needs. I work on it for up to 8 hours a day and find the battery life excellent. I bought this product over 6 months ago and have only had to change the battery once. The mouse has a good feel and I'm pleased that I invested in these products for my home office. Show details

Dear Logitech,
I am a long-time (former) user of your products. You once had the best products. The current crop of keyboards is not attractive to business users or to professional typists. What happened to a basic business keyboard with Unifying USB (essential) that can be paired with one of your excellent mouse offerings? My old keyboards use Setpoint but are not detected by Options? Frustrating!!! None of our desktop PCs have BT. Your current keyboard offerings are either too large with fixed wrist rest, too wide for an office desk, they don't offer standard Microsoft key layout, have ridiculous round buttons no one likes, some have no caps/num lock lights, and some are so flat it's like typing on stale bread. Please bring back a normal windows keyboard (Cherry or membrane keys) ideally with media keys and with a unifying dongle that connects to Options - that would be a step in the right direction.
