Cancelled our account and Logoinn continue to take money out
We cancelled our account back in January, yet logoInn are still processing payments from our account.
Numerous emails go unanswered. We were assured the accounts dept would rectify and refund the money as there was no disputing the errors made on their behalf, yet weeks down the track and over $2000 later they are still taking money. Totally inept .
*EDIT a month later still being given empty promises of refund. Total owing now over $3000. Clearly not a professional team.
Stay well away from logoinn.com.au
