Flaking leather lounge on seating area
Please don't buy from the store their very rude and unhelpful customer service never gets back to u my leather lounge which i only had for yr and half hardly use is flaking on the seating area they are blaming me for it with out assisting and ask me to pay $ 200 for someone to come down t they refuse to get the report from guardmans insurance , guardmans technician assist he told me it's Manufacture faults all im asking for it to fix and they don't even want to that

Faulty product. Whatever you seen in display showroom is different from what will get!
Chased up 6 times via email with customer support, went back to show room once - no response whatsoever. Called the customer service lady few times, every time her reply is sent to warehouse manager wait on response. Parent company Dealio Pty Ltd
Two issues with the lounge, after escalating to Fair trading, agreed and admitted to fix one, the other one was completely ignore!
Warehouse manger [name removed] said “we only a small company, if you return the f...aulty lounge, will charge you restocking and delivery / pick up fee”! ITS FAULTY - poor quality. See pic. [name removed] claimed: Nothing wrong with it... I’m not sure who is blind. See photo for your won judgement. It maybe not that obvious on the photo (this is back cushion) but two of the back cushion on the sofa, you can see it’s crooked not at the same height.
Support at the Alexandria store was excellent, information from courier company was informative clear and very organized.Mark and Joseph delivered and installed lounge very friendly organized
Incomplete delivery (missing or wrong parts)...Terrible customer service trying to fix issues
Ordered two items with both having issues...The Century home theater recliner seat had a missing power cord (so it couldn't recline). The Boston lounge had a short leg (didn't offer load bearing support). The customer service (Effie) was argumentative, hard to deal with, never followed up issues/responded back (we constantly had to send emails or call her continously). After about 2-3 weeks finally received a power cord out of the blue, she never responded that she sent it so we didn't know what was going on. As for the short leg, she refus...es to help saying it is standard EVEN though the demo on their store showroom have ALL the legs touching and the saleman responding that it should touch the ground. So buyer beware, if you have any issues with your purchase...good luck getting any help out of them.
Absolutely dreadful - do not order.
It’s odd to write a review when we haven’t actually had our chair to review but yep... Ordered 3 September 2020. After ordering got a call to say 12 week turnaround which is long but totally within the realms of furniture. My husband is in the industry and it’s ex China. After we had to chase, when no delivery and we when we received zero communication, we got told it would arrive early to mid January. Nothing. No communication again. Emailed again with a PLEASE REPLY. Nothing. Husband phoned again, had to ring Alexandria branch. Nice...guy who assured us it would now be early to mid FEBRUARY but someone would phone us urgently. 5 days later, no phone call. No actual promise of chair worth $1493 ever arriving. Feel like this is a VERY BAD company to deal with. Will delete this review if anyone actually phones and is helpful, honest and offers at least free freight.

Great Customer Service
My wife and I live in the Shellharbour Region and after some research to get a new lounge came across Lounge Life Alexandria.
We knew it was a long way but we thought it was worth it. We were right. The sales rep/owner I think, Jose', was not only extremely helpful and honest about wait times for delivery because of COVID, but hilariously funny as well.
We were lucky as what we wanted they had just enough in stock to supply without a wait. So it's arranged to be dropped off at us at our home for $250 delivery fee next week. Well worth it.
Will write another review after we have the goods. Speak to Jose at the Alexandria store as I think he is a true professional.
TWO YEARS AND TWO MONTHS after purchasing two leather lounges at more that $3000 they are both splitting at the seams. Hardly used and definitely cared for in the time I have had them.
So I contacted the Queensland brand then the NSW branch explaining what was happening as I was really concerned that the filling was becoming more and more exposed!!! Because it was just over two years since purchase - there was nothing they could or would do.
Very unhelpful - no customer service - absolutely awful product - would not recommend - and in my opinion a faulty product would never ever deal with this company again. If I could give NO STARS that would be what I would do.

Poor communication and service
I placed the order online in October 2020. As I was super tight with my financials I had only AMEX to pay 50% but unfortunately, they said they cannot accept it. Requested for part payments with some schedules from my debit card and I did accordingly. From the first day of payment they confirmed in 8 weeks I will get my order but when 8th week came they confirmed order was not paid until they received 50% of the product cost. The point here is the sales representative never informed me that order will not be placed until they will get 50%. Now ...I moved into my new house and have no lounge. Their lead time now is another 8 weeks which is super pissing me off. Also, the response over the phone was so rude that they don't know how to treat their customers. Now I will have to wait to see the product how the quality will be. Customer satisfaction and service are more important than money which lounge life don't deserve it. There is no Zero star for customer service so gave one star.

DISGUSTING, AGGRESSIVE & RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Felt violated and harassed. Went into store today to try the KARINA couch, leaned on the arm rest to adjust the recliner and heard a small crack. As you would, my partner pushed the arm a bit to see where it may come from as we were seriously thinking of purchasing this couch when one of the Staff approached my partner and gruffly asked "WOULD YOU KNEEL ON YOUR WIFE'S FACE LIKE THAT?!." INSTEAD OF - "may i help you" or " did you need any help". We were both shocked and proceeded to explain that we wanted to adjust the recliner and was wonderi...ng where the sound came from - he aggressively accused us of trying to break the couch by pushing on it and yelled at me saying "you're trying to break my couch, I sell a million of these couches and the last thing I need is a broken demo" I was shaken, I have never experienced such terrifying customer service in my life nor been accused of trying to break something deliberately when shopping?! I will NEVER shop here EVER again OR recommend to ANYONE. If this is the service you get from just trying a couch out, imagine what service you get if something goes wrong with your couch. Not to mention the quality of the couch must be questionable if it takes a less than 50kg girl kneeling on your couch to break it. Absolutely despicable. So unprofessional. Very disappointing.

Nice couch, the longest post-sales service
I purchased my couch online after visiting the Auburn store and finding a couch we liked, it was an easy and pleasant experience. The delivery service communication was great, and they made sure to call before arrival.
We opened the couch to find a cut in the fabric, so we sent a warranty request to have it replaced. There was no confirmation or follow up for over a week, so we decided to call and follow up, it seemed that calling them directly put the claim in action. Don't expect a response if you don't call and follow up.

Ordered automatic recliner sofa few months ago and inspite of current situation due to corona, it got delivered with just a couple of weeks of delay than advised earlier.
Very happy with the product, exactly as expected!
Not sure about the customer service yet.

I assumed these lounges were quality my whole family were all going to buy lounges off these people- so glad I read these reviews first.
I purchase the lounge in August 2020. Since then l have had no problem with the product. The couch is comfortable to sit on. I had excellent customer service from the company. I hope this helps your review regarding the lounge.
I’m not concerned about the reviews a few months after purchase though I’m concerned that after spending $5000 on a couch it may start to fall apart within 12 months. And I’m guessing that’s why their warranty for “quality leather” lounge doesn’t go beyond 2 years, cause they aren’t even confident in their product lasting beyond that.
