Don’t buy anything here until you read this
I purchased six dining chairs about 2 months ago. They arrived and every one of them was mouldy and stained. I have not received a refund as they say they need to collect chairs first, but they are not arranging a pick up for damaged chairs. I have called them and emailed them several times about matter but they never respond. I would not recommend anyone going through this experience. Don’t buy a thing from these people!
Faulty and delayed
2 out of the 6 chairs they delivered were faulty. The rest of the delivery is 6 weeks delayed. No communication from them. When I call no one understands what is going on. Shocking customer service.
Hidden fees for deliveries and poor communication
Ordered a standard couch on a Monday and paid the $99 delivery fee. Expected delivery that week (1-2 days as per website instructions) only to receive a call that their delivery services/trucks were booked up for the week so we had to wait for the next week. Fine.
Week later on the Thursday (so we have already waited 9 business days) - receive another call advising it will be a further $20 to deliver on the weekend (which we were never told at any point until now). This is not communicated anywhere on their website - not when you check out or a...
Lounge lovers modular sofa - flimsy construction, cheap fabric, poor customer service.
Although delivery personnel were friendly and on time, the product itself lacked. In the first instance a part was snapped during installation (which was replaced after multiple emails and pics). Not long after this I tried to spot clean couch with a slightly damp (just H2O) clean cloth. I noticed that the grey fabric transferred rather heavily (in black) onto my cloth. This caused me concern as I bought the couch for my teenage son who is often sitting/lying on it in shorts and no T-shirt. On enquiry as to why this was happening I was spoken t...o by an aggressive/unhelpful customer service person who would not answer my questions relating to the fabric and whether it was normal for the couch to transfer this way. The inference was that somehow I had caused the transference and I no longer was able to get my money back even though the couch was only 2 weeks old at the time. I fell for the clever marketing regarding delivery, assembly and style. Better value for money else where. Don't be suckered in. :(
