Looks great in photos but not comfortable
I bought a couch after reading so many positive reviews but have learned my lesson not to make such a major purchase without seeing in person. After a couple of years of use, we’re disappointed with our purchase. The fabric pills and looks unsightly and the cushioning in the seats doesn’t stay full, fluffy and comfortable, requiring constant re-fluffing. The lounge is also VERY low to the ground (even after we purchased taller legs) - not great for older people.
A review from six months on. Meh.
Based on the sales experience and initial delivery of the product, I left a previous rating of 5 stars for our sofa bed purchase. After several months of occasional use in our weekender property however, this lounge is not wearing well. The fabric has pilled and the foam is compressing. Also, we had selected this based on the supposed comfort of the bed mattress - well, disappointed with that - we are not big people and it still rolls us into the middle. I am regretful that I chose this over an IKEA one that would have saved us over $500. After...voicing my concerns politely, I was told that the pilling was due to “excess fibres” and they would send out a lint remover. Two months on still waiting and I am starting to feel like Lounge Lovers is buying time to squash our warranty. It’s a shame - I really wanted to support them.
My two side tables come broken but they did replace them, after a lot of arguments and back and forth

Nice products however unreliable delivery
I was happy with the website online ordering system and the first part of my order arrived promptly and with great order updates about the status of delivery and I was very happy with the product quality. However, another part of my order was handed over to a third party delivery service which proved very difficult as the incorrect date of delivery was provided so I could not organise to be home for the courier when they delivered on a completely different date. After cancelling this order it then took me following up multiple times to get my refund processed.

Know better, choose better.
After much searching we eventually found the stools we love at loungelovers. The sales team were most efficient at answering our queries and helpful with our order. On receipt of the stools the quality and standard was much to be desired. On contacting customer service and expressing our concerns they were very understanding and obliging and no hesitation in exchanging the faulty stools
Delivered damaged sofa, initial customer service was terrible but problem resolved in the end
Ordered a lounge online and it was delivered today. The delivery guys told me there was a rip in the base of the sofa (or "dust cloth" as Lounge Lovers refers to). They called customer service and were told to deliver the sofa anyway and they would send a technician out to repair the sofa. I asked if I could get a discount/compensation of some sort, and they said to call Lounge Lovers and talk to them. I was NOT given the option for a new lounge to be delivered - I was just told they would deliver the damaged sofa anyway and get it repaired. I...called Lounge Lovers and explained that if I paid for a brand new undamaged sofa, that is what I expect to receive. Instead I was delivered a damaged sofa that will now need repairs, and although they are sending a technician out to repair the sofa, it will be a repaired sofa, and not a brand new sofa, as paid for. If I had wanted a second-hand repaired sofa, I would've bought my sofa from elsewhere. I was told to send an email to customer service which is what I did. The least they could do is offer a discount/compensation, but after several emails to customer service today (with Julieanne), they have not even apologized for the delivery of a damaged sofa, and are refusing to offer any sort of discount/compensation. *UPDATE* - Daniel, the manager, called me to apologise and offered store credit. I appreciate him getting in touch with me and explaining the situation, and am now satisfied with the outcome.
