We included blinds and curtains as part of our building contract with Dennis Family Homes for our new home in Cowes.
We found the products from Lovelight to be of very good quality and good value for the price by comparison with similar products purchased from another supplier for our previous home just a few years ago.
We would have given them 5 stars except for them missing a blind that had to be fitted after we moved in.
However, this was handled promptly and efficiently and we were very happy with the installation.
We subsequently purchased an additional Roman Blind for our Family Room which we were also very happy with.

We had Lovelight blinds installed as part of the build for our new house through the builder.

Once we had moved in we realised we needed a couple of extra blinds.

We contacted Lovelight just before Christmas and were able to track down our original order so we could get a quote for the same style and colour. Once the holiday period was over we proceeded with payment and confirmed our order.

Within a couple of days we were contacted by the local installer to do a measure up.

Three weeks later our additional blinds were installed and we’re very happy with them!!

He was great to deal with and his work ethic was really impressive. The actual installation was done very well, and the end product looks amazing - both curtains and plantation shutters.

They quickly understood the look we were trying to achieve, arrived on site with a few well chosen fabrics for us to select from - not the hundreds that others came with - and offered practical solutions to a couple of design issues which impacted the installation. Previously, there was a misunderstanding about my installation. I tried to get a hold of the salesperson but was unable to for about 2 to 3 weeks. The salesperson then got in touch with me and explained why she was unable to contact me. She came down to my place and took measurements of the area that needed to be corrected. Everything was done smoothly and effortlessly. She made sure that everything would be right. I went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that everything would be to my satisfaction.

We got Lovelight plantation shutters throughout our entire home, plus a roller blind + pelmet at our back sliding door, via our Henley home build. The product designs are classy, colour options were excellent - and the quality of the product is top notch! We love our shutters and roller blinds!

Also, the Lovelight office team were brilliant to work with - very friendly, quick to respond, and helpful! And to top off a great experience with another great experience, both the shutter installer (Hugh) and blind installer (Sam, I think?) were SO friendly, polite, efficient and considerate!

From start to finish, ordering through lovelight was an extremely efficient, and seamless experience. All correspondence was very timely. We had someone in to fix a blind chain, and take measurements for a new blind on our stair landing. Two weeks later, we have our new blind up! Brilliant customer service! Very happy with Lovelight Blinds who installed blinds at all windows of our new home. We ordered the blinds online, having chosen the fabric with a representative who visited us in our home. The installer kept us informed as to arrival time. Installation was very quick and professional. He was quick to spot a flaw in one of the blinds and a short chain on another. Took photos and reported it. The blind and chain was replaced 2 weeks later at a prearranged time and once again was completed in record time. All the people we dealt with were always very pleasant and efficient. Would definitely choose Lovelight again!

I couldn’t be happier with lovelight! Benita was wonderful from the start, arriving at my house having already researched which fabrics she thought I would like best!
