Bad after service and poor workmanship
Recently I brought a new apartment in the city. The blinds was installed by Lovelight (Lovelight contact was supplied to me by the building developer) and the chain of the blinds (4 blinds in total) was too short (90 cm from ceiling) for my tender and his wife. Thus I requested Lovelight to extend the chain of the 4 blinds.

Do not understand why a simple job of extending chains need to take so many trip to fixed the error. All those time of take leave to wait for installer is affecting my job! Should have take note in the first place.

We have roller blinds (with blockout blind also) and a lot of light comes through the big gap at the top and sides on every window apart from the ones that have a single blind and are on sliding doors. Is this the case for everyone else or are we the unlucky ones?

d to the wall the bottom of the loop must be 1600mm above floor level. Please see a link to the legislation https://www.legislation.gov.au/Details/F2010C00801, please refer to section 6, 2b. This was not a mistake or poor workmanship, this was Lovelight abiding by the law.Thanks for your note.
