Although there was an initial issue with the incorrect blind having been ordered and the installer then being given the incorrect blind to install as part of a replacement for the blockout blind, these were only minor setbacks in what was otherwise excellent customer service throughout and fantastic service from the installer (Bob) who was quick, efficient, polite and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We had a great experience with Lovelight. We had some blinds installed when building our house and wanted to add on some Neotec (see through) blinds post-build, and Charlotte made it extremely easy to organise! The blinds look beautiful, she gave us advice on how to match them to our blockout blinds, and installation was quick and easy. So happy with our experience and also very reasonably priced!

Dealing with the staff was so easy. They communicated quickly and provided all information needed. Price was fair. They came out and did the measurements on a day that suited us (managed to squeeze us in when we had leave) and arrived on time. Installation process was easy and quick, within the exact timeframe that they indicated. Can't fault it and would definitely recommend it to others!

We had block out blinds installed as part of our build and then decided a year later to add on and get the blinds from the sunscreen collection. Alannah P was professional, friendly, prompt and extremely helpful in assisting us to decide on the new blinds. She sent out samples so we could compare with the blinds that we already had. Stu did a great job installing the new blinds and we are extremely happy with the end result. We are able to let light come into our house and still maintain privacy.
