Ordered work pants online and paid. 1 month later no word or pants from Lowe’s. Waited 30 minutes on phone to cancel order. Hoping my refund arrives.
We get deliveries from all over the world with less problems. Give them a miss. Show details

worst ever company to deal with

Purchased on line on the 20 July 20. Items have not been shipped yet on 5 August 20. Emailed for update and no response. Phoned and was hung up on twice when finally got through without saying anything, just heard a hello. 3rd time I got through and they couldn't tell me anything. It seems obvious they are selling stock they don't have in stock but will not admit this. Were not helpful, call center is in FIJI. My suggestion would be don't purchase online from this company. Communication, shipping is terrible with this company. No one seems to know what is going on. Stay away from this company as they are the worst company I have ever experienced to deal with. I'm still waiting for my purchase to be shipped 16 days later. Show details

Sent item to WRONG COUNTRY then wouldn't refund unless it was "returned to sender"

Ordered my items from lowesmenswear.co.nz and it orders from online store. The items were dispatched to an Australian address EVEN THOUGHT I ORDERED IT FOR A NEW ZEALAND ADDRESS and paid for shipping to NZ. Hazle Kaur at customer services told me that until the item is returned to them (WTH they sent the item to the wrong country how am i supposed to return it to them) that they cant refund me. Also told they would reship it urgent and send me a tracking number urgently and 3 weeks later that has not happend either. A complete scam and no care for the customer Show details

Advertising stock they don't have

Very satisfied with navigation of online store and range available BUT ... they advertised stock they didn't have. I ordered multiple items as a gift and less than half of the order has been filled and delivered. After contacting Lowes, they apologised and stated the remaining items would be posted as soon as they were back in stock. The gift is due tomorrow and so far, no sign of the items or even a notification from Lowes. Extremely disappointing. I won't be ordering online from Lowes again. Show details

Buyer Beware

Waiting for almost a month to receive school track pants. Called several times and still waiting. It’s the blind leading the blind over there. No one knows what they’re doing. Think twice before ordering.

Disgusting Service

Still waiting for my order, has been three weeks since my online order, rang the 1300 No on three occasions and spoke to a customer service person without any answer, just your order is being processed, rude and unhelpful staff. Show details

NEVER RECEIVED GOODS

Ordered clothing online, called 3 times and spoke to various customer service staff, of which 2 of them told me they would ring me back regarding the status of my order. No phone calls were received. Also sent 2 emails to have my enquiry followed up. I am still waiting for a response.
After 6 weeks, I ended lodging feedback via PayPal to get a refund. Within 24 hours, refund was made. No apology from LOWES whatsoever.
Other than the above issue website is easy to navigate and range was ok, I have seen better variety of clothing on other websites
Won’t order from them ever again!

ORDERED 19 DAYS AGO, NO SIGN OF ANY PROCESSING

I ordered 2 items form Lowes Online Store on the 21st May 2020, have had no contact from them since, no sign of any processing of my orders. I have sent 2 emails , No response, nothing. I have tried to phone the 1300 number 4 times , it just goes around on a loop and then puts your to the hold music, but no one ever answers. I am starting to think this online store might be a scam !
Really poor online experience. Thinking about contacting the Australian Authorities to report the website and company for breach of contract. Show details

I ordered 2 weeks ago - 26.5.2020 - No sign of the order - NO help from customer service team. Every time I call they tell me they cant see why my order isn't sent and they will call me back - But never do! No service, no communication, dodgy returns policy

I ordered more than two weeks ago and have heard nothing about what is happening with my order. Their online chat is always turned off. Their social media pages have many other complaints of orders being delayed by weeks. There doesn't seem to be anyone looking after customer service and I'm starting to suspect they don't actually have the stock in Australia, and are waiting for a shipment to arrive from China.

Lowes also changed their returns policy recently to say they can no longer accept change of mind returns because they could be infected with COVID from the item coming back. That's basically impossible, it's not how the virus works and no other retailers have made that change. It's just a really dodgy move by Lowes.

Shame it can't be ZERO stars

I ordered on March 14. No order yet - won't answer phones, email, and when I went to social media, they assured me I would receive a phone call within 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. They banked my $140 pretty quickly. Absolutely taking the ..., these guys. I note many comments on their Facebook page, they delete pretty quickly. I wonder, if one day, my order will turn up?? Unfortunately there are no other places I can get school uniforms from - so GRRRR. Do not recommend.

Customer Care Non-existant

Ordered clothing 3 weeks ago and funds were debited to my Credit card on that day. Since then, nothing has arrived, the website under my "account" says I haven't ordered anything. I phoned the Lowes shop in our area and they have been as helpful as they can be and managed to get a copy of my "Internet Order". but now they can't contact their "Online Department". Still trying to phone / email / chat online, not possible. I have not received the goods and contact with Lowes online is impossible. DO NOT SHOP WITH LOWES ONLINE is my advice.

Disgraceful online service

After several emails and a call to a very unhelpful phone rep I still dont have my simple order. To blame the warehouse is a poor excuse for a sloppy process. I am still awaiting my delivery, which Lowes happily took the money. Ive had great face to face at Lowes but would mever recommend the Online store. Show details

Ordered on Tuesday thinking it was enough time to get stuff before the weekend, they didn't process and put the order out for deliver until Thursday afternoon (after I called and left a message they never returned), now Australia Post says my package is due Monday Show details

Online edit of order not possible

I ordered some shirts from Lowes online store but made an error with the size. I recognised the error and found I can not edit the order to correct the error. When you ring orders online or customer care a voice response says that they will call you back but this does not happen. There is a message online that says you cannot edit or cancel an order (even before it has been processed) and you must return the incorrect goods to your local store. This entirely defeats the purpose of online ordering and is totally inconvenient to customers.

Website took too long to load and navigate, waste of time!!!

Took over an hour to load and navigate through their website but still couldn't place the order for my children uniform. Would go where else if I could get the uniform. Wasting customer's time.

Delivered correct order on time

Good products for a good price.
Only ordered online when local shop did not answer phone.
Order arrived on-time but I didn't know when that was going to be.
Store navigation and payment was easy.
Room for improvement: would be to give the customer more confidence on delivery time. Should show that order has been filled ok. Then dispatched giving a delivery day. Show details

On line first purchases 10% discount

Not terribly happy with Lowes on line store lack of detail on how to get the 10% discount on first order. It cost me approx $14 through their stating that you need a code and get their newsletter. My first & last Lowe purchases

Online discount code does not work

Applied a discount code to my sons account 2 years ago, it did not work.
Went in to store to make the purchase instead. Cashier apologised for inconvenience.

Son moved out so had to get new account, subscribed & verified account etc.
Went to place an online order, used new subscription discount code - did not work. Tried it several times, no good.

Unsubscribed straight away. (Can't be bothered with online stores that cannot provide a decent service.)

The irony: They sent a sorry to see you go email, they offered "If you change your mind, use this DISCOUNT CODE ....
Of course I tried it - Did NOT work!!!!!!!!!!

Lowes needs to get with the times and get afterpay

With Afterpay taking over all the stores you’d think Lowes would jump on that instead of offering their instore credit card that’s only for those with good credit. Especially when we have 6 kids and have to get new uniforms but would rather pay in instalments. One default and can’t get no credit so I always use Afterpay with only 4 instalments and it pays it off faster so you’d think Lowes would know there’s families out there that would love this option especially when buying school uniforms. So disappointing!
