Cannot register a Lojel product without a proof of purchase – Hopless website. The website will not allow you to contact the manufacturer...in ths case LOJEL unless you have proof of purchase which in my case is not possible as it was a gift...so I carnt register my product or get any support

Great Service and Price – I ordered an American Tourister from Luggagegear on the phone on Wednesday arvo. The man taking the order was polite, helpful, and importantly for people like me who have hearing problems, had an Australian accent. The suitcase arrived at our place on Friday morning. Did I mention the price was fantastic, cheaper than any cheap suitcase in a discount store.

CHEATING !!!! Item is out of stock even website shows available – After processed and paid, they send email said out of stock and ask to replace to something else. Wasting time to wait for refund etc. It just a cheap way to get customer. Never back this site again.

Pretty Shocking Service – Bought a Samsonite suitcase through here a while back and initially everything was perfect, until the suitcase started malfunctioning and then they wouldn't reply to my email. Pretty terrible customer service really, should have bought from a proper retailer.

No stock but allows you to purchase any – Ordered a back pack. Still not posted 4 days after purchasing. Contact support to be told they don't have it in stock will hopefully post out at the end of the week

Friendly and responsive customer service – I made a mistake by ordering a bag that turned out smaller than what I had imagined (I should have read the dimensions). I contacted them to see if I could exchange and they were very prompt and happy to assist me with a switch. They went out of their way to make the process quick and easy and they had amazing communication the whole way through the process. Will definitely use again. (Also helped that their prices were very competitive).

So happy with my purchase – I just purchased 2 x 81 cm Samsonite suitcases ($150 each)! A bargain! Had no issues whatsoever! Everything arrived nicely packaged! Highly recommend this website! I will be purchasing from them again! Thank you Luggage Gear!

Poor service – Prices good. Very Slow delivery. After sale service. Non existent. If you call them to find out where your item is, and they say I’ll call you back. Don’t believe them. It’s a lie.

Awesome – Excellent. Bought a suitcase from them for a fraction of the retail price in the department stores with free delivery! Delivered in 4 days to my door. Super happy with the whole process and will buy from again.

Good products but don't expect it in on time or with good service – Terrible customer service. Ordered something on a Wednesday and paid for express postage ("next day guaranteed"). Didn't arrive until the next week, after I needed it. They never answered any of my mail, I had to lodge a paypal complaint to even get the $5 refunded! Have still never even had an email or response apologising for it. BUYER BEWARE!

Awesome customer service, price and fast shipping – Awesome customer service! Contacted in regards to some blackwolf packs, which I had seen cheaper elsewhere. They matched the price I had seen it elsewhere and even offered to order in another colour. I was so pleased with the service I ordered other items with them I was initially going to get elsewhere. Easily one of the most consistently cheap stores for luggage. Super fast shipping too.

Update to my previous review of Stay away from luggagegear – I needed a new trolley bag desperately. Had tried to buy one from luggagegear last year but it turned out very badly. the extra care. It was all boxed and free from any harm. I would definitely go about recommending it to anyone. I would probably opt for the delivery but I really didn't mind the drive (recommended for anyone in the area or neighbouring). So grateful I stumbled across this site!

they had told me it was still being processed in the warehouse I would have understood but they kept telling me it was with Australia post. When I got it I found out it was never with Australia Post, they had it shipped with 'Courier Please'. I would have been fine with waiting IF I was told the truth!

Awesome Company – I bought a Samsonite Lite Biz Suitcase. What a brilliant suitcase firstly! And what fabulous customer service, l called to place the order, very helpful and knowledgeable couldn't recommend them enough. Came very quickly will certainly be ordering again in the future.

Very good customer service – Ordered a Paklite cabin bag over the Xmas holiday break. Problems paying via PayPal & ordered 3 cases accidentally. Luggage gear rang me and sorted the problem out, and kept me informed of delays due to holidays. Arrived when they stated, and thrilled with the product.

No problems, all went very smoothly! – Just ordered 2 American Tourister suitcases, phoned to confirm which colours were in stock and then ordered over the phone. They have just arrived, less than a week after they were ordered. Can't complain about the service at all! I would use them again.

Brilliant experience! – Purchased Samsonite laptop bag at insanely cheap price. Will not get cheaper anywhere else. Make sure you call them for prices even less than the advertised online ones. Bad Service, Incompotent Staff – Ordered and paid for luggage over the internet, Didn't receive so made a few phone calls, each time they said they would phone back and they did not or they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then the phone cuts out. Then they phoned me saying that I will have to wait three and half months before delivery, I cancelled the order and am still waiting for the money to be repaid. The staff are totally incompetent.

Excellent service – These guys had the best price for my Samsonite suitcase, and were happy to ensure this via a quick call to their customer service centre. I also needed to delay the delivery for a couple of weeks and this was entered in the system immediately; the suitcase was dispatched first thing on the date I requested, delivered in perfect condition. So, I physically returned the bag to their store & contacted their Head Office for the refund request (as store cannot process the refund, only Head Office). That was more than a week ago, and I still haven't received my refund yet. And, their level of customer service was/is definitely NOT professional. Do not buy from this company – Extremeley unreliable. They do not process or ship their orders within the timeframe published on their wesbite. When I called to complain they were unable to provide any assistance and even tried to suggest that it was my fault for not following it up earlier. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Cheap Do not ship on time. Terrible customers service.
