picked up this morning and came home and loaded her up ready for a big trip down south east coast from Portland ,Kingston then Rapid Bay and back. Big thank you to Arthur & Teresa and Danni for being such a delight in showing us the run down on the camper very helpful.

After 6 months of research we finally settled on a Lumberjack Johanna Ultra-Light Forward Fold. In our opinion it was a good balance between price, quality and inclusions. We paid our deposit in October 2020 and waited for delivery. As with a lot of things under Covid there was the expected delays, but Lumberjack kept us informed all the way along and mid February we picked up our camper. Had issues with rear bed closing on Glenair, was told I need new actuators which I purchased for $2000 installed and rewired to suit new type of actuator, Oh same problem after a number of calls (which went to voice mail) no response ....... after a month had a call to say it was a wiring issue no help in supoprt to identify as it was no a wire issue .... same problem no resolution in fact I am still waiting on her to call me after her meeting (5 months Now) the trailer is great after sales and support is the worst I have every had .....

Got delivery of our glenaire this week. Great camper. Handover with Danni was very informative and helpful. Lots of hints given to pack up.
Trailer easy to open without the winch. Really happy overall

Ordered a mount beauty in November. Was told delivery end of December start of January. When the van didn't arrive by the end of January after giving a 5 star review for there pre sale service i removed a star off there review for dangling the carrot and not telling the truth. Camper trailer was perfect for our requirement, easy towing and easy to set up for two retired people.
Kitchen easy to use with gas being plumbed to rear of trailer.

Visited the showroom on a whim and saw a demo Mt Beauty for reduced sale. The female salesperson allowed me to look through things without being pushy and without assuming I know nothing about vans. I appreciated her giving me space. The sales process was smooth with an extra power point added for us and a longer awning has been ordered, hopefully to arrive soon. Fantastic after sales support. Took the time to review the quality before i bought. Easy set up. First trip was to swan hill. Towed well. Its comfortable with the slide out bed. The cooking outside is perfect. Would recommended.

We have been looking into the type of camping accommodation which we would like to use that is off road and came upon the Lumberjack brand. Even though we did not end up going with one of their options I would like to share the really positive professional experience which we had with them. We have been looking for a long time to find a hybrid caravan, and were over the moon when we found the sorento from lumberjack. During the sales cycle the company was excellent to work with, very vast responses, even during the weekend. The company claimed that parts came from china, but the construction happened in victoria, this was the first lie. we found out later, that lumberjack is just and import company who resells standard chinese products. The Sheoak camper is a perfect choice if a lightweight camper is required. It tows effortless behind my jeep wrangler. There is enough storage for your camping requirements. Stopping over for a short one night, enroute to your main destination is a breeze with no setting up required.
The Queen size bed is really comfortable which to me was a home from home. The only cons on this was that a couple of reading lamps would be good as the main L.E.D lights of the cabin which are great but a bit too bright when in bed.
The kitchen area is functional...

We got the Glenaire camper it is much better than the camper we had before. We have used the camper and found somethings need to be fixed I got in contact with Lumberjack Campers and the help was great. I will be truthful I WILL not give a good commit on any items I get that are no good. LumberJack where great with there service and ( I do not work for LumberJack Campers ). The wife and I are going to travel around Australia and the out back and we are taking the camper with us and if I have any troubles with the camper I will be making videos on our trip. So far the camper has been great so I will post more about the campers as I travel

After owning our currawong for 2 years we had a small problem. Live chat with Arthur resulted in our problem was solved the same day and the replacement part was sent from Geelong to Adelaide two days latter great stuff lumberjack and ta very much Arthur

The service was exceptional without any pressure to buy, answering every question I'd thrown at them and plus some.
I ended up purchasing the Sheoak from there range mainly because of its versatility, I go through some very dense bushland when I go prospecting and to be able to have a unit thats as light and rugged as this make life so much easier.
The little luxuries of a comfortable inclosed pod to sleep in and a well thought of kitchen area makes it a home away from home, the queen size rooftop tent for those tag alongs is also quite comfor...

The camper itself seems pretty well built we have only been able to get out the once so will test it out further, did however tow very well.
I think maybe their customer service after the sale needs a bit of work, didn’t hear from them for over a week.

Went into see what types of camping accessories they offered and was extremely happy. We ended up purchasing many things and the prices were very reasonable. Customer service was excellent and their product knowledge was helpful.
