Awful service and warranty! Avoid!
I ordered a HTC Desire and the software was massively out of date, the phone wouldn't sync emails, google maps wouldn't work, the Android OS would not update, and the phone crashed at least once every day. I was sending HTC error reports constantly. The screen is bad quality and despite having a cover on the phone, a small cosmetic crack appeared on it. They then refused to repair the software.
Avoid! At all costs.
Dodgy phone - seller & Ebay unhelpful. Warning sell items listed as new but are refurbished
I recently purchased a Nokia Lumia 930 phone through Ebay from this company but it wasn't as described. Delivery was fast but the phone needed charging at least twice a day, rarely seems to have the power to accept phone calls and was sooooo slow trying to post on Facebook, Ebay or having photos ready to attach to send via SMS, most of the time because the battery didn't hold it's power. Took soooooo long to charge but drained so quickly. They wouldn't accept it returned for a refund (even though it was supposedly under a 6 month warranty) a...nd I had the phone looked at in a store and was told "this is a refurbished dud not new unused so go through PayPal and get your money back". Thankfully PayPal does cover your back so that is what I did, have since returned the item and got a full refund through PayPal as PayPal agreed the item was "not as described" so made the seller take it back. Be very careful what you buy, not always as described and personally I'll only ever buy a brand new phone in store in the future so that I know I'm covered for any problems by a full warranty - in the end this wasn't that much cheaper than buying a new phone so for me not worth taking the risk again.
Obviously used phone sold as new. Avoid.
I made the mistake of not researching this company properly and being fooled by their high eBay feedback score (more on that later). Two minutes on Google would have convinced me not to buy from them. Whilst the delivery of a Samsung Galaxy S7 was very speedy, the phone (advertised as new, with no marks etc) had clearly been used before, with marks and scratches on the back. To their credit, when I complained to eBay and supplied photographs, the company did promptly process a PayPal refund after I returned the phone.
They appear to be blu...rring the line with what constitutes a new/never used item on ebay with their own additional "grading" categorization of "New Condition" and "Nearly New". The phone I purchased was graded "New Condition" and was clearly not. Aside from my experience, the company's describing "Nearly New" phones on ebay as New: Never Used is clearly contradictory and without justification. "Nearly New" is the same as "used" in any rational assessment. Shortly after purchasing the phone I was sent an email offering me a chance to "Win Your Purchase Price Back!" In order to qualify to be put into a draw all I needed to do was leave 5 star (and only 5 star) feedback on eBay and also on productreview.com.au. I am unsure of the exact legalities of offering such an inducement for a 5 star testimonial, or if it indeed this complies with eBay terms and conditions, however I think the alleged chance of winning back the price of a significant outlay like a mobile phone would tempt quite a few people to leave a 5 star review when the buying experience may not have actually been 5 star. This practice is significantly different to the disclaimer that is shown above on this very website, where productreview.com.au state:
Samsung Galaxy Edge Plus
An excellent product arrived fast and described properly excellent communication and a beautiful looking phone thank you so much.

March 5th 2019 Update: Terrible seller on ebay - won't buy again
Bad experience buying phone.
They sell faulty & substantially lower grade rejected phones & then slack to deal with warranty issues.
I bought total of 13 phones from these people for extended family members and after having issues with 5 of them they have now blocked me from purchasing anything from eBay.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
Purchased phone in July, a few issues with the phone from the start, returned it, 2 out of 3 of the issues were fixed, and then in February the phone stopped working completely.
They weren’t responding to my emails, so sent it back with a covering letter.
It was returned to me, with a short handwritten note attached to the box saying ‘Warranty void, sim card slot broken”
Our argument was, how could we have broken the sim card slot, when we hadn’t touched it, it was in a cover, and the phone stopped working mid use…..
They had eventually off...
They should change their name to HATEYOURPHONE
Bad phones and bad service. Please save yourself time and money do not buy from this company. I am trying to take legal action. Two months and two phones later, they couldn't give a damn.
August 8th 2016 Update: 2 faulty phones
I won my VCAT case but still waiting on a cheque, this company seems very unreliable. They returned the notice of hearing sent to them from VCAT and did not turn up at the hearing. Buyers beware I have being trying to sort out my complaint since January.
Buyer beware luvyourphone is monitoring this feedback and inserting their own five star reviews BEWA
Personal experience shows evasive and non responsible vendor.
Tried for refund on phone that didn't work from the unboxing minutes onwards.
Not communicative on eBay messages.
Lured off eBay messages to their own email for poor customer support.
Suddenly I had to fix the phone doing factory resets over and over, phone very faulty.
How many folks were sent this phone only to return it.
Phone glitched and seized.
Problem with warranty
Can't get them to meet their warranty obligations for a phone they sent that doesn't charge. I've given up and have had to buy another phone. Not at all impressed.
LUVYOURPHONE - Beware, a Scam Company
Bought an HTC Desire from them for my son for Christmas. Went to put a sim card in and it won't read the card. Contacted the seller,[name removed] and he accused me of breaking the phone. He said to send it back, so I have. The last email I got from him, he said he would fix it but charge me $65 for labour. Since the 20/2/2016, I've sent 6 emails and no response. I have now put it into the hands of the NSW Dept of Fair Trading. I have since found out their address in Botany after many hours of Google searching.
Their name is crap on all the fo...
Faulty phone and no response
I bought a Nokia Lumia 920 from Luvyourphone over eBay and it was delivered quickly but the SIM card reader was broken. I then, after five emails back and forth, sent the faulty phone back to be repaired. After I sent it in I received no more communication from Luvyourphone despite six emails that I sent in since their last reply over a month ago. Terrible customer service.
I received not one but 2 faulty phones from Luvyourphone, after the first faulty one I sent it back and they sent a second phone with a fault, they told me to send it to get fixed (which I did) and they would pay postage, (which they didn't). Received phone back but problem wasn't fixed. They said they couldn't find the fault so I sent them a video of the fault but they refused to refund. Would never buy from them again and would warn everybody I know to avoid them.
BUYERS BEWARE! luvyourphone Sold Faulty Sony Xperia Z, Refuses to refund
I bought a Sony Xperia Z from luvyourphone 6 months ago. After 4 months careful use, the phone stopped powering on. I always use a screen protector, full front & back flip case & keep my mobiles in my padded bag, not in my pocket. The mobile was fixed by fonebiz.com under warranty. Three weeks later the phone wouldn't power on again. luvyourphone now says this new mobile phone only had 3 months warranty on it. In a pre-sales inquiry they told me it had 12 months warranty, or I wouldn't have bought it! The mobile obviously has a serious fault, h...owever luvyourphone is trying to pass responsibility onto fonebiz. I believe luvyourphone have behaved in a really shabbily - sold me a faulty mobile phone, given me false warranty information & refused to accept any responsibility for what they've done. I'd warn others to be very careful about getting warranty information in writing from them before any purchase. I'll never buy from them again & have filed a NSW Dept. of Fair Trading claim against them.
