Very easy to find iPad I required and was delivered the next day. The aust post tracking system was fantastic. You knew exactly where the parcel was.
Was desperate, in lockdown in Melbourne when my phone went to heaven. Found a refurbished phone the same day on your website and placed order before lunch Thursday. Was I blown away when phone turned up at lunchtime next day, and before I got the email advising is was leaving Sydney.

Apple Watch disaster
Be very careful buying from this company. I brought a Apple Watch from them. Three months later it came up with a charging error (green snake), I kept the watch on charge for 5 hours as per the advice from Apple. The screen then went red and had lines going through it. This item had not been dropped or in the water, sent it back as its was still under warranty. They are now saying there is damage to the LCD which isnt covered by their warranty and they want $180 to fix it. What the hell. all it did was run out of charge. This is obviously a watch fault. Complete waste of money.

Received my iPhone XS Max all was great fast shipping, loved it until every time I would charge to phone it would glitch and shut down couldn’t use the phone! I have returned the phone and have asking for a refund as I don’t want a replacement or repair, but I can’t seem to get a straight answer! I just want my money back!

Wont stop harassing me to buy a phone!
5 Days in a row contacted by this company and politely declined asking every time to be removed off the registry. Even blocked several of their numbers. BUT today I received x4 phone calls in a row on PRIVATE at 5.07pm, 5.13pm, 5.22pm and 5.29pm on the 19th November and continually explained I am not interested their service, I will not answer their questions, they wont stop calling so please take me off their registry. X2 normal workers (one who kept telling me to calm down and interrupting me while trying to explain) then a supervisor [name r...emoved] called to harass, then was called by a female operator. The last lady [name removed] ended up hanging up on me after sternly but not rudely explaining to her the situation. They do NOT take no for an answer. They do not follow strict rules for cold callers as set by the government. The company LOVE YOUR PHONE is relentless and rude. I feel if they are happy to harass a strong willed person then they would be than happy to harass the elderly, mentally disabled, low income who cannot commit to their promotions and so much more. It is bullying! This pressure is not appropriate for a company to do, its bad enough they can Willy nilly sell off our phone numbers but to abuse them like this is absolutely in appropriate.
Great customer service
I've purchased two phones and got one replaced under warranty over the past year, the customer service is top-notch and zero hassles with my warranty claim. The main issue I've encountered is two of the three phones I got from Luvyourphone were in the wrong colour.
The first phone I got from them was a Google Pixel in white, which was sold as "new condition" but came with a scratch to the rear. The second phone I got from them was a Samsung Galaxy S9 in grey, which was sold as "good" and was covered in grime but after polishing it, it was in b...etter shape than the Google Pixel. The Pixel died and got replaced with a Pixel 2, and the quality was flawless. Overall, they are not very consistent and often deliver the wrong colour. Nevertheless they are still great value and will continue to purchase their phones.
Received an iPhoneXs not so long ago, how ever, it didn’t match the description that I was expected, after a very brief corresponding emails then they replaced the device very promptly, so happy, could not be any easier to deal with these people. Keep on doing the good work.
Terrible after sales warranty service
I really love the idea of luvourphone. I loved the great price of the phone and speedy delivery. The phone had a faulty touch screen that would take repeated swipes to open the phone. I returned the phone for warranty claim (received by them March 7th 2019) and now over a month later, I STILL have no phone.
I have emailed several times and I every response is a generic "We have contacted the warehouse and they have informed us it has been sent to an authorised repairer). We will contact you when we have an update." BUT they never contact me until I ask again days later.
Never a customer again. Who can afford to go over a month without their phone in this age?
