Excellent Customer Service, Amazing Location & Great Package!!
Firstly, I'd like to say thank you to both Jeffrey and Shelby for all their professional and outstanding customer service in making our first reservation with LE very easy. They were both exceptionally helpful in answering our questions and nothing was difficult when looking further into any other queries we had with the package. The package we bought was worth every dollar spent and met our expectations and even more!!
We have been looking at packages almost as long as LE has been in the market but have always been a little hesitant but that...has certainly changed. We love high end properties in spectacular locations and we certainly had that with the package at The Ungasan in Uluwatu in Bali, wow, everything was amazing!!! Don't be afraid to ask to any questions as the LE consultants are there to help you in every way possible. Do your homework and compare but I'm sure you will find that an LE package offers more inclusions than anywhere else, even if you book direct and at an exceptional value!! We are converted and now looking at booking at our next holiday package!!!

I am writing especially to highlight Vicki and the outstanding and gracious and accurate way in which she handled my recurring problem with this booking. Vicki was persistent in making sure the problem was ultimately solved and endeavoured to be helpful in every possible way. She was indeed the outstanding LE consultant and a credit to you.
This was our first time using Luxury Escapes after viewing their offerings for a long while. We needed a short stop-over after coming down from a Darwin holiday, before returning back home to Tassie. We booked a two night escape at the Hyatt Regency in Darling Harbour and it was fantastic. The deal delivered everything promised and it was all a smooth experience. The hotel itself was wonderful; we managed to be given an 11th floor Harbour view room which was mesmerising. We had room service dinner after arriving latish from Darwin and we though...t it was delightful and fairly priced. Breakfast was included and this was sumptuous with all manner of offerings, fresh and carefully prepared. The location of the hotel is great for DH with easy access to ferries. But above all the experiences of the hotel stood the wonderful customer service, delivered in every quarter that we encountered, starting with the "door man" and the most welcoming booking-in process we have encountered! This was all a memorable and special experience; we will return to the hotel and will certainly check the offerings from Luxury Escapes before making a decision on our next holiday. Thank you.

We had booked a 2 night escape, however in the meantime we received a call from a healthcare provider allowing us to take advantage of a cancellation so that instead of waiting until December we could have an appointment in the next 5 days which conflicted with our LE booking. A phone call to RIC and the whole problem disappeared and our booking was transferred to the next week!!!!! Can't thank RIC enough for his outstanding service and courteous treatment. Didn't even incur any additional costs. Thankyou so much RIC.

I phoned On Sunday to see if Luxury Escapes could accomodate my travel dates (wanted to book Fiji 10 night stay but calendar advised check in dates weren’t available). Bella answered my call and was so friendly and helpful. She advised she would email the Shangri-la and see if they had room for my preferred date. Bella explained all the terms and conditions and was very considerate in making sure all my needs/queries were addressed. Two days later Grae confirmed that the booking could take place and again I received exceptional customer care and professionalism. Thank you both!!!
Escape from luxury- Majestic Scandinavia
We have used Luxury escapes several times, mostly for hotel stays and never had an issue. We booked this tour as it was our first trip to Scandinavia and we thought some local knowledge and information would be a great introduction.
I am writing this review to warn travellers about the over-priced trip - when costed as an individual traveller it is a fraction of what we paid. This was definitely not value for money!
This trip was not as advertised! As quoted in the itinerary, we did stay at some iconic hotels, albeit in the smallest room.... Disappointing considering the locations were amazing but our rooms were always the base level and not taking in the stunning views. At one stage we paid for an upgrade as we were tired of squeezing ourselves in to a tiny room. Our “insider experiences” were non existent. There were quite literally none! Our included meals were mostly buffets. Definitely not luxurious! We stopped in some towns where we did not have the advertised English speaking local guides and were left with our “tour guide”, who was friendly but not very knowledgeable. At certain towns she announced to the group, “there is nothing to do here”. We all went about finding things to do ourselves and there were in fact things to do! The tour lacked any real structure. There were no real local experiences, our welcome & farewell meals were non events. In a region which showcases some of the best restaurants in the world, we were treated to mundane and non-traditional meals. There was a great deal of free time, without access to our hotels rooms which should have been filled with local tours, so much time spent travelling between locations with absolutely no commentary or guiding and very little direction or inspiration from our accompanying guide. Stops in towns which did not offer anything aside from an overnight stop. No points of interest. The most disappointing aspect of this trip was not receiving a single reply to any of my 3 emails voicing my disappointment and asking for contact from luxury escapes!

Wow! The epitome of customer service!
The most amazing first time experience with LE. After deciding to surprise my husband next year for his 60th we found a great deal for 8 days at the Mövenpick Phuket. As I was away for business some family members booked it however by the time I got back the deal had expired which left 5 of us without knowing if we could join them. Through Scoopon I was put in contact with Erin from LE! What an amazing experience, what an amazing ambassador for LE! Erin went out of her way to contact the hotel to see if we could be accommodated considering t...hat half of our family had already booked! Although she emphasized that there was no guarantee, she made me feel positive and true to her word, followed up with the hotel. I mentioned the urgency of this as we wanted to surprise my husband on his actual birthday (4 days) away and she assured me that she would prioritize our request! Again, true to her word she called only approximately 2 hours later with the news that we were able to join our other family and surprise my husband for his birthday! She is a true example of “wowing a customer and going that extra mile”..LE I hope you realize what an asset you have in Erin! Erin.... a million thanks for making this possible

First time with Luxury Escapes and admittedly was somewhat hesitant as to how it was going to end up. What is the catch to these great prices? Have come away totally impressed with how LE operates, the quality of the holiday packages/destinations and of course the price. We have already booked our next trip and are totally relaxed as to the quality and standard of service that we will experience. Even our resort in Vietnam was totally conversant with our holiday package with LE and the whole experience went smoothly. Highly recommended. Thank you.
This is the second time I have booked a holiday with LE. We have booked the same holiday that we did last year as the deal and offering was so amazing through LE (the hotel couldn't beat it). I can't fault their service and ease of booking. I used both the online service and also over the phone. I dealt with Fretzie and she was brilliant. Being the first time booking with LE I was a bit apprehensive but found booking on line was simple and well explained. All the inclusions LE included in the trip were above expectations. Hi we are booked on a Europe river cruise in October with luxury escapes just wondering if anyone has already done it. I am concerned about quality of the boat and sight seeing trips. They had two in September this year. Has anyone done it?
I haven't done it however do a lot of research to see if it will suit you. You can google the name of the boats and read reviews. We decided not to do it as too regimented for us, we like to sleep in for one thing.
Why is the word "accommodation" spelt incorrectly on your Product Review page? It makes you look very unprofessional!
