Cant comment on the food as NO DELIVERY
Be careful about delivery times and schedules. The delivery was scheduled before 6pm and the delivery driver called at 6.45pm..... unfortunately I wasn't waiting at work until 7pm and that was after contacting MACROS twice via chat about my concerns. Cant contact them via phone only email.
The compensation amount offered wasn't enough in my eyes however I was issued a refund.
Won't be trying again.
Terrible Service - Slow communicators - Delivery missed
Delivery issues. Box not received even though the courier took a photo of the front my house. I went outside as soon as i received the message stating that my box was just delivered and nothing was there. This was after the first delivery of the same box was not made. Still waiting for a resolution from macros. I have tried one box, meals are not very nice, very bland and average but low on calories. For the same price and a better meal and service I recommend my muscle chef. Also extremely difficult that you can not call macros when there is an issue, you have to send a message and wait 24 hours for a response. Terrible terrible service.

Terrible service overall.
Did not receive my delivery and was not even sent an update or anything saying why it had not been delivered. i sent an email about my order and Contacted the online service and spoke to Rachel, she advised she would get back to me via email by the end of the day but still haven't heard a thing. I was also charged for my next order even though I have not received my current order. I am a first time customer with this supplier and I most certainly will not be using them again.
Poor delivery and lack of communication / responsibility.
My first order was delayed 3 times and was also been misinformed multiple times by company Macros. I ordered my meals 2 weeks ago and they were meant to be delivered on the 1st of June and then I was told 2nd of June, then 8th of June and now 9th of June. I wasn't sure if I was ever actually going to get my meals I paid for 2 weeks ago. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of communication. I have cancelled my subscription. Do not ever buy macros! Buy muscle chef and hello fresh instead as you can at least count on the...m to do the right thing and deliver your meals on time. My meals were eventually delivered on the 9th of June after many time going back and forth with customer service. They did not do anything to rectify their mistake other than an apology and after waiting another week and a day for my delivery I emailed customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and have not heard anything back from them.
Poor Delivery Service - Instructions now followed!
I have numerous problems with the courier as they DO NOT know how to following instructions. I specifically asked the courier company for the goods to be handed to a person with a signature. And what do they do? They leave it unattended. As a result, the items got stolen!
I complained about this to Macros and advised me they will follow this up and provide feedback to the courier company. Guess what! The courier company left the package unattended AGAIN!
Macros did provide a full refund. Then they stopped as the items were consistently getting...
Mistake made at their end, refund refused at my end.
I thought I’d give Macros a gif because of the Macros but have to say that I am pretty annoyed with them right now on account of their poor customer service and refusal to accept responsibility for a fault at their end. I received a message last night telling me my food was to be delivered today despite the website stating quite clearly when I took my subscription off pause that it would be delivered on the 6th which coincides with the day I am back from overseas. I payed on the 22nd. I tried to handle the issue in a reasonable manner by inform...ing them as soon as I received the message and then following up today once the food was delivered to be told that it is a weekly subscription delivery service and the only record they have of a paused account is my currently paused account! I payed on the 22nd and the delivery date stated was clearly the 6th and not today. Further to this, on inspection of the food, many of the items have expiration dates for the 4th or 5th so no way I could have got through them all given the short expiry dates. I actually have a theory that they have deliberately delivered early to clear stock that was nearing expiration and that the company is extremely dishonest. I won’t be buying again and will switch back to My Muscle Chef which seems to be a better product. Food is tasty and the ordering process means you can one off order when it suits. As for the Macros, there are plenty of high protein options but maybe not to the extent of Macros.
Meals not delivered & customer support ignoring me
This was to be my third week with MACROS meal delivery service. The meals are good but delivery and customer service are terrible. I have paid over $100 for goods and services I never received and customer support are ignoring my refund requests.
My meals were scheduled to be delivered on Monday between 8am and 6pm to my workplace. They did not arrive. I waited late at work until after 6pm, and received no communication, so this was very frustrating. I emailed customer support that evening. No response.
The next day, in the afternoon, I recei...ved a call from a courier saying they were trying to deliver a parcel to me, and complaining there was no parking out the front of my building. I work in the CBD, so there is no parking in front of any buildings on my street, but couriers make deliveries to my building everyday without issue. I explained that I was not expecting a parcel and asked who the parcel was from. The courier explained it was from MACROS. He told me that another courier had given him the parcel to deliver today, as they had run out of time the day prior. I explained to the courier that the parcel contained fresh food and needed to be delivered the day prior. I informed the courier that I was not prepared to accept delivery as I was concerned about food safety. I had also already made other arrangements for my meals after my meal delivery did not arrive the day prior without explanation.
Meals were average, to say the least.
My biggest complaint is that it does not state clearly that you will be charged weekly without consent. You subscribe and have to cancel the subscription to avoid getting charged. That means you can try the meals once like all other companies. Then when you try to use your credit you're going round and round in circles...subscribe again now unsubscribe hopefully your not charged, meals are then not delivered and you're waiting 2 weeks for meals. Waste of time if you ask me, who orders and gets delivered meals 10 days later...especially for ordinary food.
It has been a nightmare to organise some meals for my credit.

I haven’t posted the review yet. my friend has requested cancellation weeks ago and today the account got charged again. It had been charged for such a long time and yet we never receive anything frim macros. We just want our card deleted from your system and no more charges occurred. It’s a big mistake joining your company, please make sure delete our credit card number so no more charges in the future

What meals do you have for breakfast or lunch. I cant see any on your website
Hi Jenni, We have one breakfast option at the moment, the Supercharged Breakfast Scramble that is 100% plant-based :) However, our kitchen team is developing new recipes every day and we'll introduce more breakfast and snack options in the near future. We do not categorise which meals are for breakfast, lunch or dinner but to provide you with a guide, you can have a look at the nutritional macros for each individual meal on our website which might be helpful for planning your daily food intake!
