address. I was unaware until I was contacted by the freighting company that the product was sitting there waiting to be collected, I had to then organise for them to deliver. One of my natural stone tiles had been cracked throughout the shipping process, I communicated this to the company and they chose to ignore. I have recieved the worst customer service, Ishak communicated in a rude tone over email, showed no care when I communicated I was highly dissatisfied with the product as it is not as described or images on website. I highly suggest you do not purchase through this company!

proactively contact me with an update. Every time I phoned, I was told I’d get a call back — which never happened.

The staff member I dealt with, Marini, was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I calmly explained how disappointed I was after taking a day off work for a delivery that never arrived, she hung up on me. I never raised my voice or swore — I simply wanted accountability and some basic respect as a paying customer.

This company shows zero care for their customers, no communication, and no professionalism. There are plenty of other tile suppliers who value their customers — I strongly suggest using one of them instead

Don't buy online from here – Bought tiles online (only a small quantity) and they didn't match the photo on their website. Sure, the photo will often look different to real life but in this case, it was clearly a different tile on the website. I took them back but they refused to refund my money because they were clearance items.

outdoor bluestone pavers – I bought pavers for an outdoor project from this company recently. I had made a mistake in my order and wasn't sure how to resolve the problem. But Reza was able to sort everything out and I was back on track. As well, he was very knowledgeable and able to advise me professionally on my project. And best of all, the price was reasonable. Terrible service and terrible experience over the phone – I live in Washington DC and am about to travel to Melbourne for a vacation and wanted to buy tiles and bring boxes back with me so I decided to call prior my trip to get in touch with someone. The man over the phone literally told me "We are not interested thank you, bye" and hung up on me. I never experienced that. Never.

Terrible customer service – I ordered online and they sent the wrong product. Customer service were rude and unhelpful will not admit fault even though product sent is completely different. Finally agreed to refund product only and will not refund postage both ways. Will be taking to consumer affairs. Dont deal with this company.

Found what I was looking for – After phoning 7 places to order Keralastic T glue my hopes we low when I phoned Marble&Ceramic Corp. However I was pleasantly surprised when Amir told me that they do not have it currently in the stock but they can promptly order and deliver. Rudest company I have ever dealt with – I just recently went to there showroom and asked if I could see a sample. It was on a stand behind other tiles and I couldn’t see it properly. I mentioned to him that I had just placed an order for $5600 and I didn’t like his attitude . His response I take orders over $200,000 so what.

friendly staff & great service – We chose the white flamed granite which arrived within 3 days of ordering. The quality is excellent and the speed of delivery was very impressive. Thankyou to Mariana who kept me informed and was very polite and professional. Great reliable company to deal with who delivers what they promise.

We used the Persian White honed marble tiles in our bathroom and we love them – Their Persian white Marble is a lovely alternative to flashy more expensive stones or a faux printed. It looks authentic (it is authentic) and a year later has aged so well. I am now looking at the same in mosaic for our kitchen splash back and other options for a fireplace surround. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the price is good. I will be definitely recommending them to clients in future

Nice guys, great service and product – Needed some Travertine tiles kind of urgently and the guys here were really nice and went out of their way to make it happen. They were quick and to the point about what they had and could and couldn't do. I got two orders and they even took the time and picked the second one so I didn't have to go back the next day. The tiles are beautiful and I couldn't be happier.
