An Ok mattress but a little on the firm side for my wife.
A well made mattress - certainly on the heavy side which makes it a little awkward to shift or adjust. Have slept on it for around 2 weeks and find it needs a mattress topper to even out the surface contour and take the edge of what my ‘better half’ requires in terms of comfort. Overall, however, quite reasonable value for the price.
Purchased in May 2019 at brand.warehouse.australia.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your review, just noting, we do have the 'Medium' in the CoolGEL version (34cm) and the 'Soft-Medium' as well in the Memory & Latex version (31cm). These may have been a better selection for you....
Read more What you have purchased is the 'Medium-Firm' which is the most popular firmness and the one I personally sleep on and recommend. However firmness is very subjective and I'm sorry this was not ideal for you personally. If you have a previous mattress which is softer, it can make you feel early on as though your next mattress is too firm, as it is not what you are used to. If you give it time, this may improve as you 'acclimatise' to the firmer feel. Hopefully this will be the case for you. Kind Regards, The Brand Warehouse Team
