Faulty product. Terrible customer service.
We had 3 Martec fans installed in our new build, 1 was faulty and was tripping the electrical circuit constantly. Martec refuse to provide any refund or customer service because the fan was unistalled.
Purchased in August 2020.
This is bad really bad.
I purchased 4 Martec elite ceiling fans, two of the fans the motors are not mounted correctly in the housing and are uneven. I had not even installed these Items, contacted Martec warranty department, said they would ring me back they never did, I filled out the warranty form and emailed them the information I then rang them again and spoke with them about the issues with the fans, they said some times the product gets bent in the box during shipping and its up to the electrican to fix and refused to send anyone out to take a look at the fans,...what a joke it is clearly a fault in there manufacuring process, its not up to an electrican to modify a structural fault with the product. Do not buy anything from Martec customer service and warranty is shocking.
