Les did a 3 hour pre-purchase property/pest inspection that identified both major and minor issues. Because of this we re-negotiated the contract down by about 10 times his fee. He is incredibly thorough and efficient and was early to the job. He is also able to do electrical checks which is really convenient as he identified several electrical defects for us. His fees are very reasonable.
