What are the fees usually taken from the distribution of an estate?
I cannot speak for other law firms, but l can tell you that Maurice Blackburn invoiced the Estate more than $21,000.00 AUD for their (so called) work. My position is simple, Maurice Blackburn charged an excessive amount AND did nothing beneficial, nor achieved anything of a positive outcome.
When things got a bit too hot, Maurice Blackburn ([Name Removed]) sacked the Executrix of the Estate as a client. Maurice Blackburn claim it was due to the client loosing confidence, well it is my position that Maurice Blackburn did the wrong thing and tried to "cut and run" in an attempt to avoid the trouble that they created.
The statements above are my own and based on my own knowledge, correspondence and opinion.

Is it illegal for qualified hospital staff, to dismiss their victims claims, of assault as a "miss understanding" without proper investigation? My daughter completed the online application for a refund from Radio Rentals and she phoned today and they said they cannot find her name. She has been renting off Radio Rentals for years and was told she was due over $2000. But if they can’t find her what can she do? Totally unfair as she did do the application with personal ID etc
