Raised an online query which I subsequently resolved by phoning Maxxia

A fortnightly payment was ‘lost’ between my employer and Maxxia. I phoned Maxxia, their rep found it sitting unallocated and got it paid into my account the same day. The later online responder couldn’t see that so just replied to my query saying ‘no payment was received’. With a little bit more investigation perhaps they would have seen the extra payment. I was not offered a reward for this review but the invitation came with ‘if you’ve been happy with my service please submit a review’.


Quick service

Xiomara was extremely helpful and answered my questions quickly. The whole process of leasing a car was quick and easy. I actually shocked at how easy the whole process was. Just drove out of the showroom with my new car this evening and I am over the moon. Thank you Xiomara.

Good telephone service

Sarah was helpful and answered all questions in personable manner. The process was explained and was easy to follow. I didn't have to wait too long. It was all done in less than 10 minuets

Easy process and friendly customer service

I just got my new car - the process was really easy and Kitty and Steve were extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. They explained everything well and were quick to reply to emails, etc.

Great service and help in getting the lease setup. Stress free.

After looking at multiple vehicles to purchase second hand on a novated lease i was able to get quick responses with lots of information and they were very upfront and quick to provide quotes to get me into the car i really wanted.

First Time Leaser / Myles is fantastic

Jayde came out to the office and done a great presentation about what is offered through Maxxia to our team of 18 staff. From there I followed up with a few questions to the office and was allocated Myles as a case worker. Myles was very helpful and upfront about how and what the service could offer. We then went on a car search to find a great deal. After looking at a few options and getting the pricing done up for me to look over some numbers and ended up finding a great deal. All the options and extras were presented and explained throughout the process. The total package of the vehicle and ongoing road assistance along with the running cost of the car works really well for me. Thanks heaps Myles

Excellent and patient customer service

I can not speak highly enough of the service I recieved from Justin who was patient, professional and timely in his follow up and words. Justin ansered every question I had and went out of his way to make sure I had timely and accurate information from every angle to make my desicion. Excellent online chat function built into account dashboard

The dashboard when one is logged in contains an online chat function which connects you directly to a maxxia assistant. Kerry Preston was absolutely wonderful in how she handled my issue which I had with my Maxxia wallet. Prompt and efficient. triple thumbs up.
