Excellent customer service
As a new Maxxia customer I called today to clarify a few points that I was not sure about regarding my Meal/Entertainment package. My call was dealt with efficiently, professionally and all my questions were answered and my requests dealt with. A great service from the consultant Donna Balnaves, she was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and I now feel I understand how it all works.
MAXXIA Car Lease
From the first contact i have been treated respectfully and the service very efficient. Always on the ball and did exactly what i requested. priyasha and her team are to be commended on their promptness, efficiency , well presented and most important very knowledgable. There was nothing Priyasha or her team could not answer me straight away.
Fantastic customer service
I have been a customer of Maxxia for many years, very happy with my salary packaging. My last call to them I spoke to Andre who was friendly & easy to work with!. Definitely recommend anyone, especially in health to take up this fantastic service
Raj was able to talk me through me questions and help me understand the changes I wanted to make. This is the best experience I've had with this company so far. Thanks Raj!! I still believe Maxxia could lay out their information on their website and app better - for example, include the guidelines around what constitutes a meal entertainment claim - this would have saved me a phone call this week. The majority of my colleagues can't get their head around salary packaging and in general I believe Maxxia make it more confusing than it needs to be.
June is the best
So I have had some pretty negative experiences with maxxia in the past, especially with the change of employer process. Things were not explained clearly and I had not received correspondence for weeks. If it had to rate the experience based on this, it would be in the minuses. Until June reaches out to me to give me an update on were my application was at, explained everything clearly, as she has noticed it had taken a while to finalize my account. Working in a customer service role, I am so happy to say that June places my needs first and went above any beyond for me, and made me feel like a human being- not just a number in the queue. I hope this feedback will be useful regarding the change of employer process, and I would like this feedback to be forwarded to June to acknowledge her exceptional service. She is a true asset to the maxxia team.
Spoke to Donna to increase my deductions and she was really friendly and professional. She even made sure I was maximising my full claim amount to get the most out of my salary packaging. Thanks Donna!
Take money for no service
Maxxia take their fees for the whole year even if you only use their salary packaging services for a few weeks. I.e they take money for doing nothing. This behaviour by a financial organisation was condemned by the Royal Commission

Best service - Gives total piece of mind
I spoke to a lovely lady who helped me navigate the online process for claiming payment of vehicle registration. She also explained the process for getting my vehicle serviced and how payment would be made etc. She was so friendly, lovely and patient. Unfortunately I didn't get her name.
Im a dinosaur ! I'm just not great with technology or paperwork and would much prefer to deal with people face to face. I was trying to re-lease a vehicle and was having major problems with meeting deadlines which was causing stress and anxiety for all parties concerned. If it wasn't for Kitty Pene, I don't know what I would have done. She sorted out all my problems ( except being a dinosaur ), answered all of my questions, phoned all of the right departments and made countless emails and phone calls on my behalf. What had taken me weeks, Kitty sorted everything out within hours.
I am sincerely grateful for her efforts and I know who to call in the future...Kitty.

The person I had on the phone (Tiffany) was really helpful, quick, and proactive regarding getting my salary packaging going. She contacted payroll immediately and was able to get it through for this pay cycle. Thank you!
